1 Intellifuel Release Schedule Automatic updates keep you current PDI Intellifuel Release Notes Version May 12, 2020 Intellifuel releases updates to the Intellifuel website on Tuesday evenings, every 3 weeks. The next release, version 1.7.9, is scheduled for June 2, Since March 2019, PDI's engineering and product team have been hard at work to restore cadenced product updates to customer Intellifuel instances, To date, over 200 unique customer instances have been consolidated to a single version of the software and receive regular product updates. Are you getting upgrades? Contact us to get on the latest build. To determine if your Intellifuel instance is receiving maintenance updates, simply log into your Intellifuel website. In the far right panel, if you see "New in This Release (1.7.7)" (or 1.7.8), you're receiving regular updates. If you don't see that text, or an older version displays, submit a case through PDI Connections. Our engineering team will gladly work with you to consolidate and upgrade tour unique instance to the most current version. Release Notes Version: IF Website: Data Enhancement The Remote IP ATG Configuration page now includes a network connectivity testing feature Website: Data Enhancement When creating orders in and sending confirmations via , the uses the Company Name as expected. Enhancement Applicable when creating an order on the Advanced Order Creation page The Advanced Order Creation Additional Suppliers list includes the following enhancements to improve usability: Additional Suppliers are now listed in alphabetical order The Additional Suppliers list is now searchable InCAB: Driver App Custom Select lists in InCAB and, such as the Supplier and Terminal drop-down list, are now: Listed alphabetically Searchable Website: Data Applicable to Dealer logins. When selecting a valid shift journal, the Dealer page no longer displays the "Error file is not allowed to be accessed!!!!" error message Website: Data Meter/Tank (M/T) records now display dates and times in the ReadingDate column. Previously, only dates displayed Website: Data The PDI Intellifuel landing page includes proper links to help documentation. Previously, these links did not correctly redirect to the help documentation and resulted in an error Website: Data Applicable if you use the legacy Intellifuel product. 3 Version: IF Website: Data The Journal Export now allows you to export both Close and Shift Journals Website: Tanks Applicable to product codes containing hyphen (-) characters. The Product Move Utility correctly processes product codes containing hyphens (-). Previously, the Site Move Utility would process changes, but not apply them Consignment : Exports The timeout for Passport image journal data in Consignment : Exports has been increased to prevent the data capture process from restarting prematurely The previous timeout length allowed the data export to restart too soon, resulting in duplicate data entries for a single day close. The Delivery Ticket Report now displays times based on the local browser time on the currently logged in user Previously, the time displayed was based on the driver s local time, listed on the delivery ticket. InCAB: Driver App Applicable if you updated your ipad OS to InCAB continuously functions as expected on ios The ios 13.3 update introduced and incompatibility issue with the InCAB application, resulting in app crashes after 5 minutes of inactivity, potentially creating workflow issues for drivers Page 3 of 21

4 Version: IF Website Enhancement You are now able to use the Driver Login Setup Display Future Orders toggle to determine whether drivers are able to view future loads Website: Data Enhancement You can configure Remote IP Gauge Configuration Poll Frequency settings using drop-down lists to select how long a polling interval lasts in terms of Hours and Minutes Website: Data Enhancement HTM reports functions and process as expected. Previously, an issue was introduced with the Passport v12 update that prevented this report from functioning correctly Website: Data Enhancement The ENT F Export allows you to override the Contract ID with the Supplier FEIN. Previously, this feature was not available Shift Planner Enhancement The Shift Planner: Order Well now includes the following fields: Comments Instructions Site Delivery Instructions Website: Data Applicable to the SITE/DEALER SUBMITS ORDERS and SITE/DEALER SUBMITS ORDERS/COD strategy types. The Site Maintenance page Override Inventory Strategy Forecasting option allows you to use DTA Calculations for any inventory strategy. Previously, this option was not functional and you were unable to use DTA Calculations for the previously identified strategy types Website: Data PDI Data Capture stores journal files in accordance to your Company Info data retention settings as expected Page 4 of 21

5 Version: IF Consignment : Sites The Consignment : Sites module POS CC Fee field can now be calculated based on the new DBR Summary options: Credit Card Department Network Products In addition to the new features, the Override Global Settings option now functions as expected. Previously, the POS CC Fee field was calculated using only Credit Card details and the Override Global Settings were not overriding module settings when expected. Applicable if DTA forecasting calculations are enabled in the Site Maintenance Profile and you: Use a forecasting-enabled inventory strategy, or Enabled Override Inventory Strategy Forecasting When creating using the : Advanced Order Creation screen, current DTA calculation display as expected. Previously, changing dates did not reflect future forecasting values. Reports s include delivery ticket image attachments as expected Previously, an issue occurred preventing separate delivery ticket images from being included in the attachments with the PDF. includes images as expected on the Manual Order Close and Order Close forms. Previously, this panel included orders even after being closed Website Applicable to the SITE/DEALER SUBMITS ORDERS and SITE/DEALER SUBMITS ORDERS/COD strategy types. The Site Maintenance page Override Inventory Strategy Forecasting option allows you to use DTA Calculations for any inventory strategy. Previously, this option was not functional and you were unable to use DTA Calculations for the previously identified strategy types Website: Data The program responsible for including ATG tank drop data in various reports and menus now includes the tank drop data as expected for every site. 9 Version: IF Consignment : Sites Enhancement The Consignment Director: (CD) DBR Summary module POS CC Fees and Credit Card Subtotals fields are not editable Previously, users were able to edit these fields. Additionally, the CD: Credit Card module: Global Credit Card Settings tab now includes the Show Refund & Count row option, which allows you to hide or display the Refund and Refund Count columns as applicable. Shift Planner Enhancement Shift Planner allows you to view active changes made by other users in near real time. Previously, this functionality was not implemented and concurrent changes were not applied as expected Website Custom The Password UI has been updated, enhancing user experience Website The Record Doesn t Exist pop-up alert no longer displays on the user interface Website The PDI Stick/Meters export includes the correct product codes as expected. Previously, cross reference translation errors resulted in the inclusion of null product codes Website InCAB: Configure Sites now loads as expected. Previously, a JSON ERROR in site or JSON ERROR in fleetsite message prevented this screen from loading Website Applicable to delivery tickets for split orders. 10 Version: IF Consignment Director The Refund and Receipts fields in the Consignment Director: DBR Credit Card Module use the following format by default: $ Previously, fields with $0.00 as the default would update to $0.000 if you clicked on them, resulting in a change. Consignment : Exports The Consignment Director PDI Export now includes the total number of sales products in the export file. Consignment : Sites The save changes alert only displays when you have made unsaved changes Previously, this alert did not accurately detect changes and always displayed when leaving the page. Applicable if you use legacy order exports. Legacy order exports provide data as expected A previous release introduced an issue causing legacy order exports to send incomplete data. Applicable if you use the PDI Enterprise Order Desk (OD): Web Service (ODWS) You are now able to edit PDI Enterprise rejected closed orders without impacting the closing date. Previously, editing rejected closed orders would change the closing date to the date and time users edited the order. InCAB: Driver App users can send messages to drivers Page 11 of 21

12 Version: IF In the previous release, an issue was introduced that affected the service responsible for retrieving driver messages and used incorrect Customer IDs (CIDs), preventing dispatchers from communicating with drivers. Price Director Applicable to sites that use the Price Director: OPIS feature. When moving sites, the Site Move Utility updates OPIS mapping IDs to ensure the OPIS import processes smoothly. Previously, the Site Move Utility did not check these mappings and OPIS updates were not applied to moved sites Shift Planner Future driver shifts, scheduled in Time and Attendance, highlight green in Shift Planner. Previously, Shift Planner did not display future shifts Shift Planner Optimized loading times for Shift Planner Page 12 of 21

Consignment Consignment Director: DBR Credit Card module now includes Refund and Count columns for: managing refund transaction details, which highlight after modification reviewing total overview information. Previously, these columns were not included and these details could not be updated. 2 Order Export processes as expected when set to FTP or SFTP Previously, this export always chose FTP, regardless of which method was selected, and prevented closed orders from exporting via SFTP. no longer displays php notice errors With the previous release, an issue was introduced that resulted in backend errors displaying. Shift Planner Enhancements to how Shift Planner processes split orders allow more consistent ungrouping and visually indicates all order changes. Intellifuel Website Enhancement You can choose to use the DNS subdomain to override the Operator ID in Intellifuel instead of using the Database ID, which may reflect the current Operator ID in the event of an acquisition. Previously, Intellifuel only allowed the Database ID to display Site Maintenance Enhancement The Site Master page has replaced Google Maps with Here Maps for mapping and geofencing Intellifuel Website Enhancement Applicable if you gain access to Intellifuel from Internet Explorer. PDI Intellifuel s website now includes a warning message stating that Internet Explorer should not be used to gain access to Intellifuel and recommends using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. Previously, the application showed no in-site indication of which web browsers were advised against or recommended Enhancement The Order Close form can support up to 9 BOLs tabs. Previously, this form supported up to 4 BOLs tabs Enhancement s Manual Close form is wider, increasing user experience by allowing greater amounts of data to display. Enhancement Intellifuel now includes the ability to create a dispatch workbench user type that allows third-party dispatch users to: Log in to Manage inventory Create orders On your business behalf. Master Data Maintenance Enhancement The following performance and interface enhancements have been applied to the Product maintenance page: Component ID drop-down menu fields have been condensed into a single field Select Product and Select Component ID fields now offer type-to-search functionality Previously, neither the Select Product nor Select Component ID fields offered the search functionality, which negatively impacted the user experience and page load performance. Site Move Utility For the Site Move Utility: When moving sites, the utility checks that the site images folder exists Status updates for each site display in Google Chrome Previously, the Site Move Utility did not check that the folder existed, resulting in failed site moves. Additionally, the status update did not display in Google Chrome Tank Based Product Setup and PDI Fuel Order Applicable to users syncing fuel orders using PDI Enterprise OD Web Service (ODWS) with Intellifuel configured for Tank Based setup Page 20 of 21
