1 (1) The Story Of Noah Now this is the story of noah's time when people who did good were hard to find But Noah was good and was liked by God and brought up his family the same Chorus: God said he would bring a great flood Everyone would drown in the mud 'Cause they wouldn't do what they should It would rain and rain So Noah went telling from town to town If they wouldn't listen they'd surely drown They didn't believe him but turned away Now wasn't that an awful shame (chorus) Then Noah went building an ark, you know, Whatever God told him he'd do just so. His wife and his sons Japheth, Ham and Shem and their wifes were free from all blame (chorus) Then God said to Noah to fill the ark and it became like a safari park with lions and tigers then two by two all of the animals came His family also got in the ark The door it was shut and the sky grew dark The heavens were opened, the flood came down But those in the ark were all saved (chorus) And haven't you noticed how in our time the people who do good are hard to find We need to find out what we have to do so we can be free from all blame (chorus)
