Your plan has its own provider network, a select group of doctors, clinics, hospitals and pharmacies that have agreed to provide a full range of covered health care services for your plan. To get the most of your benefits, it s important to use providers in your plan s network. You will have to pay more if you use a provider who isn t in network. If you have an, you may even have to pay the full amount. Using a hospital out of your network could mean you pay some or all of the hospital bills.
