19 Benefit Plan Strategies Claims Resolution Putting People First BPS Account Managers have employee benefit and plan information at their fingertips, resulting in prompt and accurate responses to all benefit questions. When members call in with issues, an inquiry is logged; members then receive regular updates on the status of their outstanding claims until the claim has been resolved. Each Account Manager has a designated back-up Account Manager. Their schedules are arranged so at least one Account Manager is always available. BPS has been very involved in resolving difficult claim issues. We have gone so far as to attend appeal hearings with the member to fight on their behalf.
