If underground storage tanks were removed from the property, provide documation that they have been removed and have received regulatory agency closure. 9 Are any underground storage tanks or above-ground storage tanks currly located on the property? It is the Borrower s responsibility to obtain necessary information from the owner of the property in the ev that the subject loan is for a purchase transaction.
