2 ABN AMRO Bank N.V., established in Amsterdam and entered in the TradeRegister of the Amsterdam Chamber of Commerce under no Conditions Card Support, Insurance and Lifestyle Services In cooperation with Inter Partner Assistance S.A., International Card Sevices is offering a comprehensive additional package of services for the benefit of its cardholders of the ABN AMRO Business Card and the ABN AMRO Corporate Card. This service is offered under the names ABN AMRO Card Support, Insurance and Lifestyle Services. General terms A prerequisite is that at the time when use is made of the ABN AMRO Card Support, Insurance and Lifestyle Services the beneficiary must be travelling. A journey starts from the time that the beneficiary leaves his/her home and ends once he/she returns there. An exception is made for legal assistance, which is only provided abroad. is initiated against Inter Partner Assistance by the MasterCard holder within one year after the aforementioned notification. 7. Subrogation: In the event of payment of expenses and/or compensation, Inter Partner Assistance shall subrogate the beneficiary in all rights and legal actions against third parties liable for an incident that results in a legal action or claim under ABN AMRO Card Support, Insurance and Lifestyle Services. You will find below, point by point, the various components of the assistance. The package consists of the components ABN AMRO Card Support, Insurance and Lifestyle Services. Definitions 1. Beneficiary: the MasterCard holder, his/her spouse or partner with whom he/she lives together on a longterm basis, his/her children of up to 18 years of age, or his/her business partners with a maximum of 3 people, when they are travelling together with the MasterCard holder. 2. Physical injury: physical injury caused purely and directly by a violent, unintentional, visible external cause, which occurs during the journey, with the exception of (chronic) illnesses or complaints. 3. Illness: sudden and unforeseen illness, which occurred or manifested itself for the first time during the journey. 4. Serious medical grounds: physical injury or illness of such seriousness that the beneficiary s life is in danger. 5. Family member: for the cardholder: relatives by blood or affinity, first or second relationship to child, or the partner who lives with the MasterCard holder on a long-term basis. For members of the travelling group: family members, first relationship to child. 6. Prescription: If Inter Partner Assistance is of the opinion that a claim or loss is not covered, it shall notify this in writing to the MasterCard holder. Any (presumed) right to (loss) compensation and/or a claim against ABN AMRO Card Support, Insurance and Lifestyle Services shall lapse unless legal action

Messages Card Support can pass on urgent messages, which are received via ABN AMRO Card Support. The emergency number is manned 24 hours per day. The telephone number of ABN AMRO Card Support is +31 (0) Information In the event of an unexpected and serious problem during a journey, such as loss or theft of passport, MasterCard, money and/or travel documents, ABN AMRO Card Support gives free advice on what to do and which authorities to contact. If problems arise after loss or theft of travel documents and or negotiable instruments, the beneficiary shall be entitled to help on the spot from the control centre in the form of an interpreter, intermediation via embassies, consulates and other authorities. No costs are associated with this assistance. 3. Medical information In an emergency ABN AMRO Card Support shall provide the cardholder with names and addresses of doctors, specialists, dentists, hospitals, medical centres, pharmacies, ambulance, etc. On request, ABN AMRO Card Support will arrange for a physician to attend you at your bedside. In this case, you will be liable for the costs of the visit. 4. Medical transport If you sustain physical injury or suddenly become ill, then ABN AMRO Card Support will arrange, if necessary: a. admission to the nearest hospital; b. transport by car, ambulance, aircraft, etc. to a better equipped and therefore more suitable hospital, depending on the nature of the injuries or illness. Followed, if necessary, by repatriation to the Netherlands, once it appears from a statement by the attending physician and in consultation with the doctors of ABN AMRO Card Support that the beneficiary s condition enables his/her to travel normally again. Repatriation will be by scheduled aircraft or in another suitable manner, if the original ticket is no longer valid for this purpose; OR c. repatriation of the beneficiary to a hospital in the vicinity of his/her place of residence in the Netherlands, if his/her state of health allows. Transport by private aircraft only applies for repatriation from Europe and/or the Mediterranean Sea area, with the exception of Albania and Libya. AND, if this is applicable: repatriation of other beneficiaries by scheduled aircraft (tourist class) or by train (first class) to the place of residence in the Netherlands, subject to the original means of transport being unable to be used. 5. Advances ABN AMRO Card Support undertakes to provide advances up to a maximum of EUR 4,600 to cover essential expenditure in the event of: a. emergency hospital admission, or b. unexpected emergencies where MasterCard cannot be used, as a result of loss or theft. (This must be reported immediately to ABN AMRO Creditcard Services and the local police.) In any case, the MasterCard holder or someone acting on his/her behalf will have to sign an acknowledgement of debt before this loan is provided to him/her. Any amounts that are provided as an advance must be repaid on return to the Netherlands and in any case, no later than three months after ABN AMRO Card Support has paid these amounts. Advances to members of the MasterCard holder s travel group will only be made at the risk of the MasterCard holder. In addition, at the MasterCard holder s request, ABN AMRO Card Support can set up contact with the health insurance company to arrange for medical expenses to be settled directly, where applicable. 6. Unexpected return to the Netherlands If the original transport ticket cannot be used due to a sudden return to the Netherlands in the event of serious illness or death of a family member of a beneficiary in the Netherlands, or in the event of serious damage to the beneficiary s property, ABN AMRO Card Support will arrange for a ticket for the return journey by scheduled aircraft (tourist class) or train journey (first class) and pay the additional costs of this.

Repatriation in the event of death In the event of death of a beneficiary ABN AMRO Card Support shall make all the necessary arrangements for the repatriation of the mortal remains. ABN AMRO Card Support shall pay the costs of a post mortem examination and the costs of international transport of the mortal remains to the place of burial or crematorium in the Netherlands. This cover does not apply to the actual costs of burial or cremation. 8. Legal assistance Outside the Netherlands, ABN AMRO Card Support shall arrange the legal defence of the beneficiary and compensate an amount of up to EUR 1,400 if the beneficiary is taken to court in a civil liability action, under the laws of the country where he is located, after involuntary infringement of local laws, with the exception of damage as a result of possessing, keeping or use of a means of transport. Loss caused deliberately or serious negligence by the beneficiary to third parties is not covered. Furthermore, ABN AMRO Card Support can pay advances up to EUR 5,000 for: a. payment of the costs of administration of justice with the exception of judicial deposits required for legal liability, fines or personal damage compensation to be paid by the beneficiary; b. the release of the beneficiary if he should be arrested after a traffic accident. Such an advance or a guarantee will be considered as a loan from ABN AMRO Card Support to the Master Card holder, which must be repaid in full as soon as the deposit is repaid to him/her in the event of criminal proceedings being dropped, acquittal, or otherwise within a fortnight of the date when the competent court has pronounced judgement. Repayment to ABN AMRO Card Support must occur no later than three months after the advance has been made or the deposit has been lodged. Here too, advances or guarantees constituted for members of the MasterCard holder s travel group remain at the risk of the MasterCard holder. 9. Visits from the Netherlands If the beneficiary has to stay in a foreign hospital for longer than five days, ABN AMRO Card Support shall provide return ticket free of charge to a family member or someone designated by the MasterCard holder. At the same time ABN AMRO Card Support will contribute an amount of up to EUR 40 per day to hotel costs, limited to overnight accommodation and breakfast, with a maximum of ten days. 10. Tracing and rescue If the beneficiary goes missing or finds him/herself in an emergency situation, ABN AMRO Card Support shall take every measure possible and available, or arrange for these to be taken, to trace or rescue the beneficiary. The measures to be taken will be decided by ABN AMRO Card Support, in liaison with the national authorities. ABN AMRO Card Support emphasises that no guarantees can be given about the success of the operation. The expenses will be compensated up to a maximum of EUR 4,600. General exclusions 1. ABN AMRO Card Support is valid for any journey of an unbroken duration of maximum 60 days. 2. The MasterCard holder has no right to refund of expenditure made by him/her without the prior consent of ABN AMRO Card Support. 3. Furthermore, cover does not apply to a loss that: a. is the consequence of strikes, war, invasion, armed conflict, hostilities (regardless of whether or not war has been declared), civil war, rioting, rebellion, terrorist, military or unlawful actions or expressions of violence, disturbances, civil disorder and natural disasters; b. is the consequence of self-inflicted injuries or participation by the beneficiary in crimes or deli berate breaches of the law; c. arises from participation by the beneficiaries in wagers, horse racing, cycle racing and any other form of motorcycle racing or demonstrations; d. is the consequence of the participation by the beneficiary in a fight, other than in self-defence; e. has its origins in the professional practice of sports or participation in training sessions for official (league) matches or sports demonstrations; f. is caused directly or indirectly by, contributed to, or was caused by ionising radiation or contamination by radioactivity from a radiated nuclear fuel or nuclear waste from combustion of nuclear fuel or by radioactive, toxic, explosive or otherwise hazardous substances or a component thereof; g. is the consequence of any pre-existing, recurring, chronic or continuing illness or health condition of which the beneficiary is aware and/or for which he/ she was undergoing treatment. Convalescence is considered as an integral part of the illness; h. is the consequence of pregnancy within three months preceding the forecast date of childbirth; i. is the consequence of a mental illness or insanity; j. was sustained while the beneficiary was under the influence of or was wholly or partly experiencing the consequences of alcoholic beverages or narcotics, with the exception of medicines prescribed by an authorized and qualified physician;

5 Page 3 of 3 - Conditions Card Support k. is the consequence of death as a result of suicide or injury as a result of attempted suicide; l. is the consequence participation by the beneficiary in flying or aviation, other than as a paying passenger of a properly registered aircraft that is operated as part of its business by a company for commercial purposes. Obligations of the ABN AMRO Cardholder A. General terms and conditions In an emergency, the MasterCard holder shall call ABN AMRO Card Support. The control centre is accessible 24 hours per day via the telephone number shown below: +31 (0) This number can also be called collect. Before the cardholder personally takes any action, he/she is requested to contact this number. He/she should mention: a. his/her name and the card number of his/her Master- Card and, if applicable, the name of the beneficiary for whom assistance is requested; b. the place and telephone number where he/she can be reached; c. a brief summary of the problem and the assistance that is required. 5. In the event of illness or physical injury where hospitalisation is necessary, the MasterCard holder or someone acting on his/her behalf, must notify this to ABN AMRO Card Support within three days. If this is not done, ABN AMRO Card Support reserves the right to re-invoice any surplus expenses that were not necessary, if the MasterCard holder did not comply with this three-day limit. C. General terms a. Limitation of the loss. Once a loss arises, the Master- Card holder must make every effort to limit the consequences of this. b. Reimbursement. The MasterCard holder shall send ABN AMRO Card Support all the documentation and accomplish all the necessary formalities to enable ABN AMRO Card Support to reclaim money from companies or authorities concerned, if applicable. B. Transport on medical grounds If the MasterCard holder requires transport on medical grounds, or return to the Netherlands, the following conditions apply: 1. In order to enable ABN AMRO Card Support to take action as fast as possible, the MasterCard holder or the person acting on his/her behalf should state the following information: a. name, address and telephone number of the hospital to which the beneficiary has been admitted; b. name, address and telephone number of the attending physician and if necessary, the bene ficiary s own general practitioner. 2. The medical team or the representative of ABN AMRO Card Support shall have free access to the beneficiary to determine his/her state of health. If this condition is not met, except on grounds justified in the opinion of ABN AMRO Card Support, the MasterCard holder and other beneficiaries will no longer be entitled to any medical assistance. 3. In any case, the medical team of ABN AMRO Card Support shall determine, in liaison with the attending physician, the date and method of transport. 4. If ABN AMRO Card Support pays for the transport of the MasterCard holder, then the latter will be asked to return the unused part of his/her original ticket or its counter-value to ABN AMRO Card Support.

6 ABN AMRO Bank N.V., established in Amsterdam and entered in the TradeRegister of the Amsterdam Chamber of Commerce under no Conditions Insurance Besides the extensive personal assistance cover, International Card Sevices in cooperation with Inter Partner Assistance S.A. offers the MasterCard holder cover for relevant purchases in the event of a flight or baggage delay from the Netherlands. A. Baggage delay Cover of maximum EUR 140 per travel group if the baggage checked in with the airline on which the insured is travelling has not arrived within four hours of the insured arriving at his/her destination, and cover of maximum EUR 410 per travel group as additional compensation, if the baggage has not been recovered within 48 hours after the insured has arrived at his/her destination. This insurance covers the relevant purchases abroad such as replacement clothing and toiletries, provided that these are made within four days after the insured arrives at his/ her destination abroad. The persons insured must take appropriate measures to locate the baggage and inform the airline and/or airport authorities immediately about the delayed or lost baggage. The appropriate authority will draw up a P.I.R. (Property Irregularity Report) and in t he event of a claim, a copy should be provided to Inter Partner Assistance S.A. (see 4. Claims). B. Flight delay Cover of maximum EUR 140 per travel group for relevant purchases while abroad, such as meals, refreshments and other expenses, if a flight delay to a scheduled flight extends the duration of travel by four hours as a consequence of: delay or cancellation of a booked and confirmed flight by the airline; delayed arrival of the aircraft, leading to a connecting flight being missed; and delayed arrival (more than 1 hour) of a means of public transport, leading to the aircraft being missed. This insurance does not apply to charter flights. cash register receipts are valid for cover. The ABC World Airways Guide will be used as the guide for establishing the times in the flight plan. 3. Exclusions No cover will be given if: the baggage is seized by customs, judicial or other government authorities; the persons insured do not check in according to the instructions in the journey description given, unless this is made impossible by a strike; for a flight delay, comparable alternative transport is offered within four hours after the planned departure time; the flight delay is compensated by other flights in such a way that the total journey time is delayed by less than four hours; the delay is caused by a strike which was ongoing or announced before the start of the trip involving the flight; the delay is the consequence of a passenger aircraft being grounded by the relevant authorities, and if this is notified before the trip involving the flight starts. 4. Claims A claim must be made within 21 days after a delay has occurred, and all the original supporting documents must be produced, such as sales slips and purchase receipts, to Inter Partner Assistance S.A. - Postbus JJ Amsterdam. C. Supplementary travel accident insurance International Card Sevices has taken out supplementary travel accident insurance for ABN AMRO Cardholders, up to an amount of EUR 113,450. This insurance pays out in the event of death or certain forms of invalidity as a result with a means of public transport, hire car or hired aircraft for which the costs were paid using an ABN AMRO Business Card or ABN AMRO Multi Corportate Card. 1. Persons insured For flight and baggage delay: the MasterCard holder and his/her fellow travellers. 2. Conditions and restrictions The insured must use his/her MasterCard where possible for the purchases required. If the insured s MasterCard cannot be used to pay for the purchases required, original 1. Persons insured The following are insured: a. holders of a valid ABN AMRO Business Card and valid Multi Corporate Card issued by International Card Sevices; b. their spouse or long-term partner, even travelling alone, who has lived with the ABN AMRO Cardholder for at least six months at the same address;

7 Page 2 of 2 - Conditions Insurance c. their children up to 25 years of age, even travelling alone, whose maintenance expenses are demonstrably payable by the ABN AMRO Cardholder. 2. Cover The Cover applies worldwide: a. during travel by means of public transport, provided that the travel expenses were paid using an ABN AMRO Business Card or ABN AMRO Multi Corporate Card. The cover commences on entering the means of public transport and ends on leaving it. For travel by aircraft or boat, the cover ends on leaving the arrivals terminal; b. during direct transport by means of public transport, taxi or private car to the place mentioned under a. starts, as well as during the direct transport by means of public transport, taxi or private car from the place of arrival as mentioned under a. to the final destination. These travel expenses do not have to be paid with an ABN AMRO Business Card or ABN AMRO Multi Corporate Card; c. while travelling as the driver or passenger of a hire car, provided that the hire costs are paid with an ABN AMRO Business Card or ABN AMRO Multi Corporate Card; this cover applies for a maximum of 60 days; d. while travelling as the pilot of an aircraft for which the hire costs are paid with an ABN AMRO Business Card or ABN AMRO Multi Corporate Card; this Cover is only applicable during time spent outside the Netherlands for an insured person in possession of the appropriate valid licence, and in this professional capacity, is allowed to carry a payload. 3. Benefits Benefits are paid out if a covered accident results within one year in the death of an insured or permanent invalidity as described below. Death EUR 113,450 Permanent invalidity due to loss of: - both hands or both feet EUR 113,450 - the sight of both eyes EUR 113,450 - one hand and one foot EUR 113,450 - one foot and the sight of one eye EUR 113,450 - one hand and the sight of one eye EUR 113,450 - one hand EUR 56,725 - one foot EUR 56,725 - the sight of one eye EUR 56,725 Loss of a hand or foot is deemed to be actual amputation from the ankle or wrist joint. Loss is also deemed to be complete loss of the function of a foot or hand. Loss of sight is deemed to be the complete and irrecoverable loss of the sight in an eye or eyes. In the event of loss (of function) of several of the body parts mentioned in the table above as a consequence of one and the same accident, under no circumstances will be benefit paid exceed {EUR per person. For children up to five years of age, the maximum cover is EUR 22,690. For group travel paid entirely with one ABN AMRO Business Card or ABN AMRO Multi Corporate Card, a maximum of EUR 4,538,000 applies. 4. Exclusions Accidents that have happened to the insured due to: a. suicide or attempted suicide; b. war, whether or not officially declared, or equivalent actions; c. deliberate or unlawful actions by the insured or by a party with a beneficial interest; d. the driving of any means of transport, while the percentage of alcohol in his/her blood is higher than that allowed by the law in the country where the accident happened; e. wagers, challenges and undeniably dangerous actions; f. speed and endurance trials for motor vehicles and practice for these events. 5. Definitions Accident: a sudden, unexpected, external effect of violence on the body of the insured, which results in his/her death or medically verifiable physical injury. Sunstroke, frostbite, drowning, starvation, dehydration or exhaustion are considered as an accident, it these causes arise as a consequence of being isolated. Means of public transport: publicly accessible means of transport with regular services, for which the relevant public authorities have issued a licence for passenger transport, such as trains, buses, ships and aircraft, including charter aircraft, provided that they are chartered by a tour operator. Hire car: four-wheeled motor vehicle that is operated as part of its business activity by a commercial car hire firm. 6. Beneficiary Unless the insured has designated a beneficiary by registered letter to ABN AMRO Card Support, all benefits will be paid out to the insured, or his/her legal successor(s). 7. Obligations after an accident Accident claims should be sent as soon as possible, and in any case within 30 days to Inter Partner Assistance S.A. - Postbus JJ Amsterdam. You only need to notify your accident claim; for other claims you can contact ABN AMRO Card Support. The binding conditions of the various cover ABN AMRO Card Support, Insurance and Lifestyle Services as described are contained in the insurance contracts entered into by International Card Sevices.

There are no costs associated with using ABN AMRO Lifestyle Services. Costs incurred on your behalf, for the purchase of tickets, theatre booking or other, will be charged to you on your ABN AMRO Business Card or ABN AMRO Multi Corporate Card. 1. Concert, theatre and restaurant reservation. ABN AMRO Lifestyle Services can make reservations at the request of the ABN AMRO cardholder at Dutch restaurants, theatres and concerts. Costs associated with the reservation and cost of tickets are payable by the cardholder. Restaurants and theatres reserve the right to charge the costs in the event of a no-show. 2. Interpretation/translation service At the request of the cardholder, ABN AMRO Lifestyle Services can arrange for an interpreter or translator. The associated costs are payable by the cardholder. You will receive an indication of the forecast costs. 4. Hotel reservations Cardholders may, if the information is available, ask for advice and information from ABN AMRO Lifestyle Services for worldwide reservation of a hotel. ABN AMRO Lifestyle Services will make the reservations in the name of the cardholder, using the details of his/her credit card and will give a confirmation number after reservation. { This gives you the assurance that the hotel will keep a room for you. The cardholder pays the bill him/herself on leaving the hotel. It can happen that hotels make a charge if the cardholder does not cancel a reservation promptly. No charge is made for the reservation by ABN AMRO Lifestyle Services. 5. Car hire ABN AMRO Lifestyle Services will provide the cardholder with information about car hire on request. A reservation will also be made for the cardholder on request using the credit card details. A confirmation number will be provided. The customer will pay all the costs to the car hire firm. No charge is made for the provision of information or reservation of a car. 3. Travel service Cardholders can make use of the services of ABN AMRO Card Lifestyle Services to obtain flight information and the (re)booking of flights. Information is given about the following subjects: - scheduled flight times; - prices; - restrictions - connections; - advice about the best options for a customer to receive his/her tickets. No costs are associated with providing the information and booking flights. However, the costs of tickets and rebooking, any taxes and delivery charges or other ancillary charges will be charged to the cardholder s card, or if desired, may be paid in another way.
