3 Overview U.S. Bank Home Mortgage Wholesale Prime Plus Division offers portfolio and conforming products. A stable funding source for agency loans and loans that are held and serviced in our portfolio. A U.S. Bank Account Executive will be assigned to each mortgage company for training and service. Loans are all manually underwritten.
4 Portfolio Program Highlights Programs available for purchase, refinance & cash-out All first and second position loans are non-conforming Refinance and purchase jumbo loans to 90% LTV Loan amounts to $3MM. * (60% LTV/70% CLTV, Purchase & Rate/Term Refi, SFR, townhouse & modular) Home Equity Lines of Credit to 85% loan to value* No mortgage insurance at any loan to value * See LTV Matrices & Basic Requirements for restrictions.
5 State-Specific Broker Compensation Each broker will select one LPC rate for each state for which they will be submitting loans to U.S. Bank. Selections can be made in.125 increments within each state range. Once established, selected compensation rate will apply to all loans with property addresses in that state and cannot be changed until further notice. Compensation will be paid at the State rate for any loan submitted in a state in which no selection was made by the broker. The broker compensation must be collected at the same rate regardless if it is paid by the lender or by the borrower. The maximum compensation allowed is $25,000. For HELOC products, WPP will only pay a flat $ fee to the Mortgage Broker regardless of the line amount or the initial advance amount.

12 USubmit Submit and Price Loans Usubmit.usbank.com 1 Click on Create Loan to import your DU 3.0 or (.fnm) file. From main menu, click Edit Application or Submit/Lock Loan. Enter any missing information, select BPC or LPC, rate and price and click Submit or Lock. Note: You must lock the rate and price on the file prior to Final Approval
13 Prime Plus New Applications Register your new application in USubmit. Once you receive the Credit Decision and Underwriting Conditions List, the conditions to or upload using the USubmit Upload Documents link. If your application submission is incomplete for any reason, we will contact you. Upload: USubmit Upload Documents link
14 elynx Disclosures Electronic delivery of the Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure to borrower(s) with receipt of their consent. Borrower(s) receive and review disclosures in a timelier manner and brokers can order appraisals earlier. Once an application has been submitted to WPP, borrower(s) will receive an notification for the secure disclosure elynx site. Borrower(s) answer basic authentication questions, click the Consent button and click View/Print/Download to open the Adobe document. If they can not print or download for any reason, they should click the Can t print my documents button. Wholesale Prime Plus will continue to deliver all disclosures via mail to assure there is no interruption should the borrower(s) not consent to the new edisclosure process.
15 Rate & Price Lock Wholesale Prime Plus (WPP) provides the broker the ability to submit their applications through USubmit either with a floating interest rate or a rate lock for a 15, 30, 45 or 60 day period. To request a rate lock under current available lock terms, enter a Lock request in USubmit or contact our Lock Desk. Mortgage Brokers can contact our Lock Desk at option #4 between the hours of 10:00am and 5:00pm CST.
16 Credit Decision Notification A Credit Decision Notification that identifies all terms and conditions of your file will be ed and faxed to you within a 24 hour Service Level Agreement. the Decision Notification and the file conditions to Underwriting or upload using the USubmit Upload Docs link. Broker Action letters will keep you informed of the progress of your file during the Underwriting review process. Our underwriting Service Level Agreement is 2-3 business days for initial underwriting review.
17 Change Acknowledgement Form - Any change to an application in process requires a completed Change Acknowledgement Form. -Corresponding increases to settlement charges associated with changes must always be provided. - Any changes to fees after initial submission may result in closing delays or broker credits back to customer (BPC only).
18 Final Approval, Closing Desk & Funding Once all Underwriting conditions are cleared, a Final Approval Notice will be ed to you. Once you have received the Final Approval, call the closing desk to set up your closing. Closing date, fees, payoffs and title contact are required to schedule a loan closing , option #3
