Change of address monitoring 5. Sex offender record monitoring 6. Lost wallet assistance 7. Up to $1 million of identity theft insurance 8. 24/7 support and fully managed restoration in the event of a breach The Basic Plan is only offered as an add-on to the Legal Resources Plan. It is a more basic option that includes: 1. Pro-active detection and notification of potentially fraudulent activity on existing personal accounts 2. Lost wallet assistance 3. Up to $25,000 of identity theft insurance 4. 24/7 support and fully managed restoration in the event of a breach Plan Termination Guidelines May elect to cancel coverage during open enrollment or within 30 calendar days following a qualifying life event Coverage will end at the end of the month in which the termination/retirement occurs, or Dec 31 st if cancelled during open enrollment.
