2 ABOUT MAGNIFO Magnifo is a Turkish Outsourcing and Software Development Company built in Dhaka, the capital city of Bangladesh. Though the company founders and executives are Turkish residing in Dhaka, we are serving with teams which consist of Bengali members. We are developing software with teams consisting of engineers with various expertise that meet all requirements to succeed the projects, and giving support service to those projects and also to the other projects of our customers. We are also giving testing support to our customers development teams. It is a fact that in most software development projects, companies face problems and lack of resources, due to the high employment costs. With using a variety of benefits of residing in Bangladesh, we are able to develop the projects with teams that have correct number of members and correct expertise, without compromising on cost efficiency and quality. Thus, we are trying to give to you the opportunity of implementing your projects without falling into a cost handicap. In addition to project development, we are hiring teams/developers with a variety of expertise according to our customers demands. We are allocating the team/developers to our customer, establishing the environment for cooperation and tracking our employees shift times for our customer. Our customers are doing these teams management as their own teams and customers are assigning the tasks of these teams. As our employees communication language is English, we also provide Turkish speaking personnel to our customers when needed. SECTOR AND TECHNOLOGY EXPERIENCE Though we have teams with a high experience in areas such as Web Portals, B2B, B2C, E- Commerce s, Business Applications, Payment Gateways, Web applications for mobile devices, Gaming s and Services, Flash-Based Games and Facebook Applications, we are also serving on different sectors and platforms according to our customers needs. We are also giving consultancy, infrastructure setup and integration services especially on ERP (with sub subjects), business applications and e-commerce areas. Upon our customers demands, we are doing developments on.net(c#), Java and PHP platforms with using frameworks which have been become sectoral standards (Flash, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Hibarnate, Entity Framework, Spring, Struts, Freemarker, jquery, MVC Framework, Lucene etc.). According to needs of our customers, we are providing resources experienced on any other tools and technologies. We are developing software for Mobile, Desktop, Web, Windows Phone, Android, iphone, ipad, BlackBerry, etc. platforms. Also we develop Facebook based social applications and games / 17

OUTSOURCING: WORKFORCE We are providing teams/developers with a variety of expertise as an extension to our client's engineering team. We are allocating the team/developers to our customers, establishing the environment and process for cooperation our customers are doing the management of the teams / 17

4 as their own teams. The communication language of our engineers is English, but we also provide Turkish speaking personnel to our customers when needed. For example, when one of our customers needs a.net development team consisting of 3 developers with four years experience for 10 months, we are providing to our customer the options for selection of the team that has appropriate expertise and establishing the environment for cooperation. Our customer assigns the tasks same as their own team members. Of course, our customers can change the team members according to their performance throughout the process and when their project is finished, it is possible to minimize the team or close up. In this context, we undertake the services such as server maintenance, application maintenance, bug fixing. We also develop the new features in their applications that our customers need in time. By giving these services to our customers, they get full profit from their applications without constructing an internal support team for these processes which run for a need long time and which have an unknown intensity. When our customers forward an issue using our automatized issue tracking systems, we are responding them immediately and we are analyzing the issue, finding the solution and taking the necessary actions as soon as possible. Our Turkish and/or English speaking call center and support stuffs are also being involved in communicate with the users of the applications / 17

5 OUTSOURCING: QA We are executing the test scenarios provided by our customers, on their software products and throughout the development process cycle these test are being done repeatedly by a dedicated QA team. We have teams experienced especially functional testing of various kind of applications. We also hire QA teams to our customers to integrate seamlessly as part of their development teams. These dedicated teams are being managed by our customers same as their other development teams.
