2 ESPO Summary Espo Systems is pleased to provide this proposal for training of the Websense Security Gateway Anywhere (ESGA) Platform. This document describes the items that Espo Systems is proposing to teach, as well as information about the strength of Espo Systems capabilities. Espo Systems believes that this training will position you to improve the security of your environment and better address matters of current and/or future policy compliance. The primary deliverables for the engagement will include: Gateway Training (Classroom or On Site) Satisfaction Survey In summary, your requirements capitalize on Espo Systems unique strengths in a specialized area: intricate product knowledge of the Websense ESGA solution. The details of Espo Systems training steps are addressed in their own subsequent sections; however, it is worth considering our role in developing gateways while working directly with the IT Security vendors. This will enable us to teach about the subtle characteristics of security features so often overlooked by standard Value Added Resellers (VARs).

Class Overview During this two day training course, you will learn how to install, configure, administer and support the Websense Security Gateway Anywhere (ESGA) Platform. Through instruction, demonstrations and hands-on lab practice exercises, you will learn the requirements and recommendations to successfully deploy ESGA in a variety of network environments. You will develop the skills required to successfully manage an existing deployment and will also be able to successful implement the security platform. COURSE OBJECTIVES Understanding the ESGA Architecture Install ESGA Configure initial settings Understand Personal Manager (PEM) Configure encryption Managed archived Understanding clustering and encryption as they relate to the ESGA Platform

5 Fees All prices listed here represent one-time, fixed fees, exclusive of travel expenses if class is conducted in non-espo facility. Additionally, classes will be rescheduled if a 5 student minimum is not achieved. The terms and prices set forth below are valid until 30 days from the date on the cover of this proposal. o Charges. $ per student Only the training outlined in this document are considered deliverables. Espo Systems would be pleased to address any additional services not included under a separate cover, including a separate estimate. Payment Terms Espo Systems will issue its invoice for services upon project completion. Customers shall pay such invoices within 30 days of receipt. Any objections to an invoice must be made to Espo Systems within 15 days after the date of the invoice.

6 Signatures The terms and conditions of sales and services for which Espo Systems, an affiliate of ESPO, is or might become engaged are limited to those contained in this document (which includes its appendices, exhibits and other attachments), as it exists now and as it may be amended in the future, is governed by any such separate agreement (if and for so long as such separate agreement is valid and binding) or those web terms, and references therein to a Statement of Work or a Work Order apply to this document.
