1 NSCC Transfer Opportunities These Agreements provide community college students who complete an associate degree, with the full transfer of credit, guaranteed admission, and a tuition discount (each based on final GPA). NSCC works with public and private colleges and universities to create transfer articulation agreements, official agreements entered into by NSCC and four year colleges and universities, which agree to accept a program in its entirety, or a major portion of a program, into the Bachelor level of a comparable program. Early Childhood Education and Elementry Education () Transfer Compact Statewide compacts are for students transferring from community colleges to state university campuses offering licensure programs at the baccalaureate level.
