11 Working with the Virtual PCs Remote Access to the Virtual Labs TreePlan, SensIt, and RiskSim are licensed to Boston University and are installed on virtual computers Virtual computers are structured in different Virtual Labs one per group of fifteen students. Each Virtual Lab: 1. Is remotely accessible 2. Can accommodate up to 15 concurrent connections 3. Has the software needed for our class - installed and available for all users with BU login name and password 4. Has a shared folder AD715 with course documents available for all students to read and download How to work with the Virtual Labs is described here as a four-step-process: Step 1: Go To Vista AD715 course site and open Remote Access to Virtual Labs Step 2: Synchronize your BU user name and password and follow the instructions Step 3: Virtual PC Main Screen Step 4: Review the structure of the Folder AD715 11
