3 Native American Air Ambulance Our History 1995 Rick Heape begins operation of Native American Air Ambulance(NAAA) with two fixed wing aircraft focusing on service to rural areas of Arizona 1997 NAAA is awarded a service contract by Indian Health Services to provide fixed wing and rotor wing service to Native American communities through Arizona 2004 NAAA sells minority interest to OmniFlight Helicopters to support the growing needs and to further expand his business 3

4 Native American Air Ambulance Our History 2005 Rick Heape sells all his controlling interest in NAAA to fellow Native American, aviator and businessman, John Davis 2011 John Davis, CEO NAAA, approves the sale of the minority ownership position of NAAA to Air Methods Corp, the largest air medical company in the World. NAAA s partnership with AMC brings additional safety resources, aircraft assets and clinical expertise to the NAAA organization 4
