Remote control panel switch (optional): The control panel switch container can be removed from the machine and furnished in a remote enclosure if specified at time order. Evaporator : Double walled vertical tube evaporator for maximum efficiency and production. Crusher/Screw Conveyer : Made of stainless steel and low maintenance cutter bearings. Cutter : Stainless steel cutter assembly with knives and cutter disk assembly are removed by a chain, and the cutter cuts tube ice falling from the evaporator and cutter disk sends it outside. Water distributors : Are easy to remove and clean, its installed on the upper side of the tubes in the evaporator.
