1 MASTERS EUROPEAN SERIES Technical and Sporting Regulations 2015 SPORTING REGULATIONS - GENERAL 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS 1.1 Title & Jurisdiction: The Masters European Series (MES) is an International Series registered by the Masters Racing Club (MRC), promoted by the Masters Historic Racing Ltd (MHR), and is run in accordance with the FIA International Sporting Code and its Appendices, the General Regulations of the Royal Automobile Club Motor Sports Association (ASN), as applicable, and the specific provisions of these Regulations. ASN Visa No: RS2015/INT The final text and language of these regulations shall be the English version, which will be used should any dispute arise as to their interpretation. The Headings and Typeface used in this document are for ease of reference only and do not form part of these regulations, either Sporting or Technical Any amendments made to the final published Series regulations will be subject to approval by the ASN and notified in an official Series Bulletin to all registered competitors The Masters European Series includes 2 Categories for 2015, which are as follows: 1. Gentlemen Drivers (GDGT) 2. Pre-66 Touring Cars (Pre-66TC) 1.2. ELIGIBILITY - General By invitation of MRC, for individual cars of a type complying with each MES Category specific requirements and of a type with period International racing history. Invitation entries will also be considered to historically interesting Pre-66 GT cars that did not compete Internationally All cars entered must be in possession of a current valid FIA Historic Technical Passport (HTP) issued by an ASN under the authority of the FIA As Series operator, MHR reserves the right to accept entries from cars that may comply with the correct homologated specification and Appendix K, but have yet to acquire HTP papers. Any car that is accepted to race on this basis will be shown in an Invitation Class and will not be eligible to score any championship points; the same car cannot be accepted more than three times under this exceptional waiver in the course of the Championship In order to a car must be powered by a period specification engine of a type originally fitted to the car during its participation in period International competition. 1.3 CAR ELIGIBILTY Specific per Category Gentlemen Drivers - is open to pre-1966 GT, GTS and invited GTP cars from FIA Period E and F, or Pre-1963 frontengined sports racing prototype, running to FIA Appendix K regulations with International History built and raced in the World Endurance Championship in period Pre-66 Touring Cars is open to pre-1966 Competition Touring cars from FIA Period E and F, which includes homologated models of mass production road-going saloon cars which were built and marketed for sale prior to 1 st January 1966 running to FIA Appendix K regulations. Pre-66TC also caters for sub-1-litre cars conforming to FIA Appendix K specification with permitted modifications 1.4. COMPETITOR ELIGIBILITY - General All drivers must be full racing current members of the Masters Racing Club in order to score Championship points, and be in possession of a valid 2015 International Competition (Racing) Licence.. 1 of 12

2 1.4.2 Any Driver signed- up for single event membership during a season will be not be eligible to score Championship points The minimum licence requirements for each Category is an MSA International Historic licence or an International Grade D or H2, issued by an ASN which is a member of the FIA Only drivers who meet the licence criteria in will be eligible to participate and score points Drivers must be at least 16 years old and authorisation from the parent ASN to compete abroad is mandatory for foreign drivers Invitation entries may be granted on a race-by-race basis to local competitors with the highest level of National circuit licence when competing in their own country. These Invitation entries will not be eligible to score points All licences must be accompanied by letters of authority from their issuing ASN in order to compete outside the country of their issuing ASN, as per Article of the FIA International Sporting Code All drivers must register with MRC by completing and returning the 2015 Registration Form, the Registration Fee together with a full copy of the HTP to the Series Co-ordinator prior to the closing date of their first race event A maximum of 2 drivers will be allowed to drive each car entered per race unless Supplementary Regulations specify otherwise, and each driver must be a registered member of the Masters Racing Club Registration for the 2015 Season will be accepted from 1 st January Forms will be available on the MHR website at and may be submitted by post, fax or MHR reserve the right to accept or decline a driver(s) registration application in accordance with Article 3.14 of the International Sporting Code PROOF OF ELIGIBILITY By signing their entry form to compete in MES, competitors are guaranteeing that their car complies with its HTP, the period homologation papers for that model, if relevant, and with specific MES Regulations Should the MES Eligibility Scrutineer become aware, either through performance, inspection or other reliable information, that a competing car may not be compliant, the competitor may then be subject to the provisions of of these Regulations. The competitor concerned will be responsible for any direct or indirect costs involved in providing that proof. 2 PERMANENT SERIES OFFICIALS MES Series Co-ordinator is; Rachel Bailey, Masters Racing Club, The Bunker, Lower End Road, Wavendon, Milton Keynes, MK17 8DA, UK. T: +44 (0) , F: +44 (0) , E: team@mastershistoricracing.com MES Director is: Mr Chris Norman (MSA # ) MES Licensed Eligiblity Scrutineers are; Mr Stuart Vincent (MSA # ) and Mr Peter Farrington (MSA #92591) MES Organising Committee is made up of Mr Ron Maydon, Mr Chris Jolly and Ms Rachel Bailey There are no permanent Stewards appointed for rounds of the MES, however a panel of suitably qualified Stewards may be conveened if required to consider any judicial matters related to the running of the Series. 2.1 ENTRIES Entries for all MES events in the 2015 season will open on 1 st January The closing date for entries for each event shall be 7 calendar days prior to the start of that event. 2 of 12

3 2.1.3 Entry forms must be correctly completed and accompanied by full payment of entry fees in order for the entry to be considered. Entry forms received without payment will only be processed after all paid entries have been dealt with Competitors may choose to enter for the whole season or event-by-event (see 1.4.2) Individual qualifying event Supplementary Regulations will specify details of the insurances in place with respect to the competitors Entry forms are available online via the Event Information section of the MHR website at or upon request from the MHR office. 2.2 RESERVES In the event of over-subscription for any particular event, drivers may be offered the opportunity to attend the event as a Practicing Reserve Any such Reserves must submit a fully completed entry form to the MHR office in order to be considered as a Practicing Reserve. 2.3 REFUNDS Refunds for Entry Fees may be offered to competitors who notify the MHR office 14 calendar days prior to the start of the event for which they are entered. No refund will be payable after this time Competitors who fail to sign-on to an entered event (i.e. choosing to not attend the meeting) and do not notify MHR of the cancellation prior to the 14 days limit will not qualify for any refund at all MHR reserve the right to accept or decline any substitute entry offered at their discretion. 3.0 SCORING POINTS Points will be awarded for MES events as shown in Results of an event will be published to show: - A general scratch classification with no class divisions. - A general combined scratch classification of both 1 and 2 with no class divisions for a two race weekend, - A classification showing the results for each of the classes for a single race weekend - A combined classification of both 1 and 2 showing the results for each of the classes for a two race weekend Points will be awarded as follows: For classes with 3 or more starters in the class: 1st 9 points 2nd 6 points 3rd 4 points 4th 3 points 5th 2 points 6th 1 point - For classes with fewer than 3 starters in the class: 1st 6 points 2nd 4 points 3rd 1 point - For classes with 2 starters in the class: 1st 4 points 2nd 1 point - For classes with 1 starter in the class, 1 point. 3 of 12

4 3.0.4 A driver is defined as a competitor who has qualified for and started in a race. To be classified, drivers must complete 75% of the race distance covered by the class winner For races in which two drivers may drive the same car, all drivers are individually awarded points on the same basis as if they were solo drivers to the points system shown above In the event that drivers share more than one car in a competition, they may only count points for the higher of their finishing positions Points are awarded in two part races (example one on a Saturday, one on a Sunday) only on the basis of the combined class results (combined race durations) over both the races. 3.1 AWARDS Event Organisers may present their own awards to overall Podium positions on their podium as detailed in the respective Event Final Instructions. All other awards are to be provided by MHR Per Event: Trophies will be presented by MHR to the 1 st, 2 nd and 3 rd in classes within each MES Category, assuming there are 3 or more entries in each specific Class Presentations: Garlands and Trophies are to be presented at the end of each race or at a dedicated Prize-Giving Prize-Giving times will be publicised in the Masters Drivers Club at each respective event 3.2 FINAL SEASON OVERALL CLASSIFICATION At the end of the season there will be a final points classification for each of the Categories within MES The overall winner of each MES Category will be the driver or drivers who has or have scored the greatest number of points in that Category In the Pre-66 Touring car class there will be a Mini Trophy awarded to the highest points scoring Mini at the end of the year running in Class D. 3.3 CALENDAR OF EVENTS The proposed calendar for the Masters European Series 2015 is shown below: Round Date Venue & Circuit Configuration Event Org Club GDGT Pre-66 TC 1 18/19 April Barcelona Historic GP Circuit, Spain Espiritu de Montjuic RFEA Yes Yes 2 24/25 May Brands Hatch GP Circuit, UK Masters Historic Festival MSVR Yes Yes 3 19/21 June Monza, Italy Coppa Intereuropa CSAI Yes Yes 4 4/5 July Donington GP Circuit, UK Masters Festival BRSCC No Yes 5 24/26 July Silverstone GP Circuit, UK Silverstone Classic HSCC No No 6 7/9 Aug Nurburgring GP Circuit, Germany Oldtimer Grand Prix AvD Yes No 7 28/30 Aug Zandvoort, Holland Historic Grand Prix HARC Yes Yes 8 18/20 Sept Spa-Francorchamps, Belgium Spa 6-Hours RACB Yes Yes 9 2/4 Oct Dijon-Prenois, France Motors Cup FFSA Yes Yes 4 SCRUTINEERING AND ELIGIBILITY SCRUTINEER All drivers must make their cars available to the local event scrutineers for safety scrutineering at each event, and also to the MES Eligibility Scrutineer at any time during an event Any vehicle that has been, or is being used in an MES Event, can at any time, be either stripped or sealed for examination at the request of the MES Eligibility Scrutineer with approval from the Clerk of the Course, MES Director and local event scrutineers 4 of 12

5 It is the competitors responsibility to ensure that their entered car complies with the specific MES Technical Regulations The MES Eligibility Scrutineer will check the eligibility of all MES entered cars against the MES Technical Regulations, with the approval of the Chief Event Scrutineer As part of the Scrutineering process all competitors will be required to undertake administrative checks to satisfy individual event organisers that all the necessary licences and ASN approvals to participate are held relative to the event entered STARTING PROCEDURE All events shall have rolling starts. The grid will be by a 2-by-2 formation The approach of the start will be announced by signalling boards shown at, five minutes, three minutes, one minute and thirty seconds before the start. The boards will be accompanied by audible warnings. Thirty seconds after the thirty second board, the green flag will be shown at the front of the grid, whereupon the cars will begin their pace lap. At the end of the pace lap the pace car will indicate that it is leaving the circuit by extinguishing its roof lights and the cars will continue in grid formation to the start line The race will be started as per the specific race circuit s system (lights or flag) and as explained in the Drivers Briefing at each event. The official race start time is always the start time declared by the MES Director Once the Pace Car has left the track, and as the grid rolls towards the start line, each competitor must remain in the 2-by-2 formation The car which has obtained pole position must drive at the same speed and the other cars must maintain their position until the start signal is given. Cars may accelerate as soon as the lights are switched off, but may not overtake until they have crossed the line Officials will monitor all rows for false starts. Drive through penalties will be awarded for breaches. 4.2 STOPPING OF A RACE Should the need arise to stop any race or practice, RED LIGHTS will be switched on at the Startline and RED FLAGS will be displayed at the Startline and at all Marshals Signalling Points around the Circuit. (MSA Q5.4) This is the signal for all drivers to cease circulating at racing speeds, to slow to a safe and reasonable pace and to return to the starting grid area which will automatically become a Parc Ferme area Cars may not enter the Pits unless directed to do so. Work on cars already in the Pits must cease when a race is stopped. (MSA Q5.5) Case A - Less than two laps completed by leader (MSA Q5.4.1) The will be declared a no contest The race will restart from the original grid positions. Competitors unable to take the restart may be replaced by reserves who will start from the back of the grid in reserve order. Gaps on the grid should not be closed up. The length of the restarted race will be determined by the MES Director Case B - More than two laps completed by Leader but less than 75% The will restart from a grid set out by the finishing order of part one, (as per MSA Q5.4.2). The results of the race will be the finishing order at the end of part 2. The length of the restarted race will be determined by the MES Director Any race stopped after the leader has completed 75% of its duration may be considered to have finished, unless the MES Director deems it appropriate to restart (MSA Q5.4.3) The safety car may be brought into operation in line with FIA Appendix H, DRIVER BRIEFINGS Attendance at the Masters Drivers Briefing is mandatory for all drivers taking part at that event. Attendance is highly recommended for all Team Managers. 5 of 12

6 5.0.2 Organisers will notify drivers of the times and locations of the necessary briefings in the Final Event Instructions sent out prior to the event. Cash fines may be imposed for failure to attend the MES drivers briefing (MSA G5.3.8). 5.1 PITS TO CAR RADIO No pit to driver radio communication is permitted at any events. 5.2 TIMING TRANSPONDERS All cars must be presented for scrutineering at each MES event complete with a standard AMB TranX 260 Timing Transponder, which must be correctly fitted and compatible with standard pan-european race track timing systems. Such transponders are the sole responsibility of the driver. Drivers must supply the unique serial number shown on the transponder to MHR Office at the time of entry application. Transponders are available for purchase from PIT STOPS If a race is nominated to have a pit stop, it will follow the standard Masters Pit Stop Procedure The pit stop window for a race and the required elapsed time for the pit stop will be notified in the Supplementary Regulations, Final Event Instructions, on the official notice board and notified within the Masters Drivers Briefings All two driver teams must notify a member of the Masters Team of their starting driver at least 90 minutes before the race starts. A driver change may only take place during the notified pit stop window for the race. A pit stop is mandatory for all cars during the notified pit stop window, irrespective of the number of drivers The pit stop duration will be timed from the time car registers on the timing line as the car passes the Speed limit sign at the Pit In timing line until the time the car registers on the Pit Exit timing line. The car must pass the specified Pit In timing line during the notified pit stop window for the race During the pit stop the car must remain stationary for a single period of at least sixty seconds in duration Minimum total time to travel through the pit lane between the timing lines and complete the mandatory pit stop will be specific to each event and will be specified in the Final Event Information and at the Masters Drivers Briefing for each event If either a Any pit stop is found to be shorter, a driver change is undertaken outside the pit stop window or a car passing the Pit In timing line is outside the notified pit stop window for the race the car will be subject to penalties as laid down in the Masters Code of Conduct and the Event Supplementary Regulations Seat belts must not be undone until a car is stationary, and must be securely fastened before moving off. 6.1 REFUELLING Refuelling is only permitted if pre-notified in the Supplementary Regulations or Final Event Instructions for any event Refuelling, if permitted, must be carried out according to the local event safety procedures required by the MES Director. 6.2 FUEL Fuel must be in accordance with FIA Appendix J, Article , and FIA Appendix K. 6.3 PARC FERMÉ Cars may be held under Parc Fermé conditions as defined by Article 2.5 of the International Sporting Code of the FIA, after both qualifying and after any race, in a designated area at the discretion of the MES Eligibility Scrutineer Either in Parc Fermé, or elsewhere at the discretion of the MES Eligibility Scrutineer, any car may be subject to eligibility checks at any time, to ensure their compliance with MES Technical Regulations. 6 of 12

7 7 GENERAL CONDITIONS During the course of the event weekend, competitors must ensure that their cars, when in the paddock or in a pit garage, are in full view of spectators whenever reasonably possible Competitors must ensure that their car is fully on display in the pit road or other designated area at a time specified by the Director, Promoter, Organiser or member of the Masters Team to allow the cars to be seen during the Pit Lane Walkabout Any event or race sponsors decals must be clearly displayed on cars, but these decals must only be displayed during the event to which they relate All Competitors must display the Masters decals and any Masters sponsors decals at all times during practice periods and races No private decals are permitted to exceed 100cm 2 and none may conflict with the decals of official Masters sponsors. 7.1 MASTERS DRIVER CODE OF CONDUCT In addition to the FIA Code of Driving Conduct on Circuits, all participants are required to familiarise themselves with the Masters 2015 Drivers Code of Conduct, as published as Appendix 1 to this document 7.2 HEAD RESTRAINT DEVICES The wearing of an FIA-approved head restraint system, in accordance with Section 3 of FIA Appendix L is strongly recommended. 8.0 CHARACTERISTICS OF THE EVENT, PRACTICE AND QUALIFYING, DRIVER & CO-DRIVER REGULATIONS All races are of a mini-endurance format and may be for 1 or 2 drivers, with the exception of any races that are due to be over 125 minutes in duration, which must be raced by a minimum of two drivers In each race, unless otherwise notified, there will only be one mandatory pit stop which must comply with the standard Masters pit stop regulations (see paragraph 6.0) All competing cars shall have the opportunity for a minimum of one qualifying session, during which period all drivers must do sufficient laps to satisfy the event and/or Masters Officials of each driver s competence In the event of a two race weekend, the grid for One will always be based on the fastest lap set by the car car in the qualifying session. The grid for Two will be based on classification from One In the event of a two race weekend, the overall class classification for the weekend will be based on the combined classification of both races (Article 16b, ISC) At all times during individual qualifying events the conditions of general safety set by the International Sporting Code of the FIA and it s Appendices, together with any relevant additional requirements set by individual ASNs of the host country publicised in the event Supplementary Regulations, must be complied with. 8.1 PODIUM PRESENTATION PRE EVENT In both Gentlemen Drivers and Pre-66 Touring cars, there will be two podiums at the end of each race catering for competitors in the over and under 2-litre classes There will be one for the top three drivers in the Over 2-litre Classes in each race.. (For Gentlemen Drivers the over 2-litre podium will feature cars from Classes B2, C2 and C3. For Pre-66 Touring cars the over 2-litre podium will feature cars from class A) There be a further podium for the top three cars in the under 2-litre classes during each race. (For Gentlemen Drivers the under 2-litre podium will feature cars from Classes A, B1 AND C1. For Pre-66 Touring cars the under 2-litre podium will feature cars from classes C, D & HS) All drivers will assemble at podium entrance immediately after the end of each race Both podiums may take place simultaneously for each race. 7 of 12

8 TECHNICAL REGULATIONS GENERAL A valid HTP must be provided by the competitor for each car entered, at scrutineering for each event. A full copy of the HTP must accompany the first entry for each car, in accordance with Article of Appendix K. 9.1 SAFETY COMPLIANCE Cars must be equipped with all the FIA required modern safety related items, including FIA approved driver harness systems, fire extinguishers, fuel tanks, and LED rear rain lights All cars (irrespective of period) MUST be fitted with rearward facing red lights in accordance with FIA Appendix K Article or the MSA Yearbook 2015, Section K, ROLL-OVER BARS With the exception of cars in which the roll-over bar is an integral part of the chassis (i.e. welded or riveted and bonded to the chassis), the roll-over bar must not be made from aluminium alloy. Roll-over bars made from steel or titanium alloy are acceptable provided they are to the original design and are braced according to the requirements of Appendix J All Roll-Over bars must be fitted in line with FIA and MSA Regulations and ensure that they are the correct size for the driver of the car 9.3 NOISE LIMITATIONS All vehicles competing in GDGT and Pre-66 TC must run in compliance to a maximum noise limit of 105 db(a) measured at 0.5m from the end of the exhaust pipe at an angle of 45 degrees and with the car at ¾ maximum rpm. Failure to comply may lead to exclusion by the event officials, in which case the race entry fees and costs are not refundable (in accordance with MSA Yearbook 2015, Section J, , and as set out in sound test requirements 5.18) 9.4 ELECTRONIC IGNITION OPTIONAL FOR MASTERS MEETINGS Ignition systems must be to period specification, or in the interests of reliability an electronic ignition system may be used providing the car is fitted with an original make and type of distributor and the mechanical parts within that distributor are the sole means of determining the timing of the ignition It is strongly recommended that those teams wishing to compete in FIA regulated events, either leave their systems completely compliant with Appendix K, or fit an electronic system that is easily interchangeable for FIA events. 9.5 ENGINE REV LIMITS ON V8-ENGINED CARS All Pre-1966 V8-engined cars competing in the Gentlemen Drivers and Pre-66 Touring car championships will be restricted to running engine revolutions of 7,000 rpm for The rpm limit on V8 engines must be controlled by the use of an MSD 6AL ignition control (part number MSD 6425 only). Any control of the advance curve must be RPM related only, and be executed by the sole means of the distributor. No external control of advance system is permitted, and MSD ignition boxes that control advance, or allow advance mapping, are not permitted. The MSD box must be mounted out of reach of the driver Any V8-engined car planning to run on a one-off basis in Gentlemen Drivers and Pre-66 Touring cars in 2015 and which does not comply with and under these regulations may apply to be allowed to enter on an invitational basis TOWING EYES There must be substantial towing eyes securely fixed to the main structure of the vehicle, front and rear, within the confines of the body to enable the vehicle to be moved Towing eyes must have a minimum internal diameter of 60mm and all towing eyes/points should be painted in a contrasting bright colour (dayglo red, orange or yellow). 9 10.0 GENTLEMEN DRIVERS SPECIFIC TECHNICAL REGULATIONS GENTLEMEN DRIVERS CLASS STRUCTURE A Sportscars Pre B1 GT cars up to end of 1960 up to 2,000cc B2 GT cars up to end of 1960 Over 2,000cc C1 GT cars up to 1965 up to 2,000cc C2 GT cars up to 1965 up to 3,000cc C3 GT cars up to 1965 Over 3,000cc CLP Invited Light-weight bodied Pre-66 GT cars and Pre-66 GTP cars under 3-litre All Marcos 1800GT and Lotus Elans must run in Class CLP Individual cars that conform to a model configuration from the same manufacturer that raced at an earlier date but which were manufactured after the class cut-off dates will be allocated to the earlier class, provided they have not been modified or up-rated to the later specification. Such variance is only permissible for a specification within 12 months of the original build year Cars that fall just within a class cut-off date, but are deemed to be of a later technology, will race in the later class Any model of car that was subject to a long production run in period, such as the Austin Healey 3000, must prove whether the car is homologated to Period E or F in order to allocate the correct class All cars must have working head lights There will be a Trophy awarded at the end of the season to the top points scoring Amateur team during the season E-TYPE, COBRA & TVR GRIFFITHS WEIGHTS When racing in GDGT, Jaguar E-Type, AC Cobra and TVR Griffiths models will be required to show a minimum weight limit of 1,000kgs, without driver, in a parc fermé situation at race end (with fuel and fluids). Any ballast added to a car must be added in line with FIA Appendix K, Appendix IX, Paragraph TYRES All cars must run on Dunlop Racing L-section tyres (or earlier specification Dunlops) in 204 compound. Tread depth, both at scrutineering and in the assembly areas before both qualifying and the race, must show a minimum depth of 1.6 mm. No re-grooving, application of artificial treatments, or pre-warming or cooling of any race tyre is permitted The maximum size of front tyre that can be used in Gentlemen races is a Dunlop 650 L section tyre FUEL TANK CAPACITY All competing cars must be presented for racing with sufficient fuel capacity to race for a minimum of 120 minutes without refuelling. At races longer than 120 minutes, refuelling may be permitted during pit stops, and the procedures will be set out in that meeting s Supplementary Regulations or Final Event Instructions. 9 of 12

10 11 PRE-66 TOURING CARS SPECIFIC TECHNICAL REGULATIONS CLASS STRUCTURE A Over 2,000cc B 1,601cc-2,500cc C 1,301cc-1,999cc D Up to 1,300cc E Up-rated engines in Appendix K cars up to 1,000cc HS Homologation Specials - Lotus Cortina, Alfa Romeo GTA, BMW 1800TiSa Individual cars that conform to a model configuration from the same manufacturer that raced at an earlier date but which were manufactured after the class cut-off dates will be allocated to the earlier class, provided they have not been modified or up-rated to the later specification. Such variance is only permissible for a specification within 12 months of the original build year HS Class for Homologation Specials is the approved class for models such as the Lotus Cortina MkI, Alfa Romeo GTA, BMW TiSa etc All cars must have working lights and run with generators. No alternators are allowed unless specifically allowed under Appendix K or under that cars FIA Homologation papers In the case of cars running in Class E (up to 1,000cc): engine tuning may be up-rated from that of FIA Appendix K providing that bore and stroke remains as homologated. Exhausts are free, subject to noise restriction. Substitution of homologated carburettors for other makes (only as available prior to 1 st January 1966) and any number of chokes is permitted with the exception of split-webers and any form of fuel injection. Where not permitted in Appendix K, front discs may be used (only as available prior to 1 st January 1966). In the case of rearengine cars, front water and oil radiators may be fitted. Tread depth, both at scrutineering and in the assembly areas before both qualifying and the race, must show a minimum depth of 1.6 mm All V8 Engined cars may only use a tyre of maximum width of Dunlop 550 M, with the exception of Ford Galaxies which may run a Dunlop 650M tyre Wheels must conform in appearance and style to the period specification of the model in question BODY Bodywork must be complete and the original shape and silhouette must be maintained and presented FORD FALCONS (PERIOD F SPECIFICATION) When racing in Pre-66 Touring, Ford Falcons complying to FIA Period F specification will be required to show a minimum weight limit of 1,200 kgs, without driver, in a parc fermé situation at race end (with fuel and fluids). Any ballast added to a car must be added in line with FIA Appendix K, Appendix IX, Paragraph of 12

11 APPENDIX 1 MASTERS 2015 CODE OF CONDUCT (MCC) 1.1. The Masters European Series MES is committed to the highest standards of driving and sporting behaviour, both on and off the track. Therefore MES hereby provide a consistent, published approach with a list of actions and the penalties to be applied in cases of any breaches of this code, whenever MES Officials are working in a Control alongside the duly appointed officials of that meeting. This is in addition to Chapter IV (Code of Driving Conduct on Circuits), Appendix L (FIA ISC) which must be respected at all times. 1.2 Competitors who wish to protest another car s eligibility, or another competitor s driving should note that all protests must be made lodged within 30 minutes of the time of the publication of the results of that race and in accordance with the Code (Article 13.4). As a consequence, all competitors are required to remain contactable and at the circuit, during that time for MRC' the race officials to investigate of any sporting or technical infringements Penalties The following penalties will apply to all races within MES. The MCC numbering system shown refers to MES Code of Conduct offence. The penalties shown below cover the most common breaches of Regulations.
