EV s master developer, and our developer partners Embassy BOSA, FRAM+Slokker and Knightsbridge Homes Limited, introduce a one-of-a-kind job opportunity to live the East Village lifestyle for one year, rent-free, and become the social media storyteller of a new generation of downtown dwellers people who live and love our amenity-rich master planned community on the banks of the Bow River. As EV s Resident Ambassador in the employ of East Village master developer CMLC you ll create content about and communicate the emerging lifestyle of East Village from your brand new condominium home on the edge of the Bow River. You ll see it all, with front-of-the-line access to all EV events and celebrations, through your connection with the development partners, and as the resident EV voice on dedicated social media channels. As our urban village becomes Calgary s newest, oldest, coolest warmest community, you ll be there on the front lines, sharing the excitement of daily life in one of the biggest urban renewal projects in North America. As EV s Resident Ambassador, you ll experience the urban lifestyle the entire city is talking about in a rent-free condominium unit in both the FIRST and Evolution condominium projects. Your first six months will be spent in a modern one-bedroom home in FIRST an 18-storey condominium building just off RiverWalk and steps from the historic Simmons Building. For the following six months, the EV team will move you into your second home in the Evolution building across the street. Here you will live in stylish comfort in a two-bedroom condominium home with views of the Bow River and St. Patrick s Island. Want In? Here s what it takes. Our perfect candidate is a passionate, community-minded, socially aware, culturally conscious, urban contributor who is excited to experience life in East Village and tell the world about it. In your role as EV Resident Ambassador, you ll be required to contribute monthly content to the EV Experience blog detailing your experience in the community. You are proficient in creating meaningful, timely and

2 relevant online conversations, and we promise you ll have lots to talk about over the course of 12 months, you ll experience, document and communicate some of the community s most anticipated milestones. Our pioneering developer partners, FRAM+Slokker and Embassy BOSA, will complete the first phases of their condominium projects, which will welcome 800 new residents into East Village including you. The historic Simmons Building will re-open as a culinary retail experience with offerings from local foodies Charcut, Sidewalk Citizen Bakery and Phil & Sebastian Coffee Roasters. The groundbreaking of the New Central Library happens this year, and next year, the National Music Centre is anticipated to open. St. Patrick s Island, a 31-acre park space in the Bow River, will re-open as a revitalized urban park for all Calgarians to enjoy. And you ll be there for it all. You re an urban-living advocate - someone who is interested in helping to describe the emerging personality of EV; You support community regeneration and urban transformation; You re an avid consumer of and creator on social media, and competent in developing engaging social content that builds an online audience and followers; You re in the know, knowledgeable about events, city happenings, the arts scene, music, design and trends; You re an intrepid, solid communicator who understands storytelling and key messaging; You re a person who wants to be part of the team that is fashioning urban life in Calgary, and wants to be part of the EV transformation the project, the development, the movement; You re a team player with a contagious enthusiasm and an outgoing and engaging personality In addition to representing the EV resident lifestyle, the EV Resident Ambassador will represent their employer, Calgary Municipal Land Corporation (CMLC), a group of passionate, experienced placemakers who are bringing new energy to Calgary s original downtown neighborhood. JOB OVERIVEW AND RESPONSIBLITIES: Your role in the community will be based on the following responsibilities and is equivalent to 6.25 hours of time investment per week to a total of 25 hours a month. Guest Writer: Contribution of two blog entries per month for the East Village Experience blog: Each blog a min of 750 words. Social Media: Active participation on dedicated accounts on EV s social media channels, including but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Participation: Attendance and participation at 2-3 events and activities as identified by CMLC, each month.

3 As a representative of the EV project, the EV Resident Ambassador represents the residents of East Village, the developer partner teams and are true urban explorers in every sense! The EV Resident Ambassador is meant to embody the spirit of East Village including; Be familiar with the master plan vision of East Village; Understand and use key messages to advance messages of neighbourhood progress; Inform on East Village progress, events and programs, other; An advocate of the East Village lifestyle opportunity being delivered by CMLC developer partners Report to CMLC marketing and communications team on all assignments and tasks APPLICATION PROCESS: The application process for the EV Resident Ambassador Job Applicants is detailed below. Applicants must be 21 years of age and legally entitled to work in Canada. 1) Each applicant must complete an application form which can be found on EVExperience.com website This includes reviewing and agreeing to the Job Application Terms and Conditions as detailed below (page 5). 2) Each applicant must: (1) create a second video, describing why you are the perfect EV Resident Ambassador candidate, and (2) post your video publicly on YouTube and (3) attach a.wmv file of your video with entry form 3) Each applicant is encouraged to share video entry via social media channels as a means to promote their entry and demonstrate ability to utilize and engage an audience on social media channels. Applications will be accepted from May 11 th until June 30 th, 2015 at 12pm MTN. All entries received after this date and time will not be considered for the position. SELECTION PROCESS: CMLC and its developer partners, Embassy BOSA, FRAM+Slokker and Knightsbridge Homes will select a shortlist of candidates based on the top ranked video entries as measured by most views on YouTube, most retweets on Twitter, most likes on Instagram and most likes and/or shares on Facebook; creativity in video application content and addressing question Why I am the perfect candidate for EV s resident ambassador? ; and at CMLC s sole discretion. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview process. Interviews will be conducted between July 1 st July 31 st, The successful EV Resident Ambassador (if any) will be notified by August 15 th, 2015.

4 COMPENSATION DETAILS AND COLLATERAL BENEFITS: 1) Rent-Free Condominium Unit - The EV Resident Ambassador will live, rent-free, in two of the newly completed residential condominium homes in East Village over a consecutive 12-month period (associated condominium fees are also included). 2) Monthly stipend - A monthly stipend will be provided to account for 25 hours of time invested in the community by way of social media requirements, developing and writing blog content and participation at events, as listed in the job overview. 3) Car2Go Membership Pre-Paid minutes 4) Biria Crusier Bike 5) Furniture Gift Voucher REPORTING: Complete weekly time reports indicating weekly job completion Reporting to CMLC, Marketing & Communications team contact CONTRACT TERM: The term of the contract is from October 1, 2015 September 30, 2016.

5 TERMS AND CONDITIONS Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. This agreement is between Calgary Municipal Land Corporation ("CMLC") and you, the applicant to the CMLC's East Village Resident Ambassador job offer. If you do not agree to any of these terms and conditions, do not submit your Application (as defined below). In exchange of CMLC considering you to become its East Village Resident Ambassador, you hereby agree as follows: 1. By submitting a fifteen (15) to thirty (30) second video entry (a "Video") as well as an application form through this website (collectively, an "Application") you: (i) assign all of their right, title and interest in and to the Video (including without limitation any copyright or other any other form of intellectual property rights therein) to CMLC; and (ii) waive any and all moral rights therein. 2. You represent and warrant that: (i) you have all right, title and interest to the Video; (ii) you have obtained all necessary third party consents, authorizations and agreements associated with the Video in order for CMLC to fully use the Video (including consent from those individuals who may be featured therein); (iii) your Video does not infringe or misappropriate the rights of any third parties; and (iv) your Video is suitable to be viewed by the general public (and is not pornographic, obscene, defamatory, libelous, fraudulent, misleading, threatening, hateful, or racially or ethnically objectionable). 3. CMLC may, at its sole discretion, disqualify you from consideration if CMLC finds or reasonably believes that you have tampered with the application process and/or to be acting: (i) in violation of these Terms and Conditions; or (ii) with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass anyone, including CMLC and its employees. 4. BY SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION, YOU HEREBY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS CMLC AND ANY OTHER PERSON INVOLVED IN THIS JOB APPLICATION PROCESS, AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE SHAREHOLDERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, INJURIES, LOSS, CLAIMS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES) ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR APPLICATION. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WHATSOEVER WILL THE CMLC'S LIABILITY HEREUNDER EXCEED $ Notwithstanding any other provision contained herein, CMLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, amend, cancel, suspend, reinstate or close this application process, at any time in whole or in part, without prior notification to you, and for any reason whatsoever. 6.
