Providing the benefit of reducing the rate of parts consumed over the product life cycle and reduction of NCC s* generated in the field. * NCC = Non Conformance Costs Automation of the impeller manufacturing process by utilising NX to enable fast and precise generation of drawings with a minimum of drafting by engineering. Reduction of required drafting hours by 75 % for each impeller generated. Continuous efficiency, power output & emissions upgrades: SGT-600: +extra 1.5 MW Power & 0.5% p.p. efficiency at +45 ºC hot ambient condition, NOx reduction from 25 to 15 ppm. For the existing high-performance Last Stage Blades of SST-300 (partly) and SST-400 an upgraded type of blades is available. Prognostic capability to detect early dangerous conditions, hiding incipient potential failures or trips, much earlier than the control & protection system activation, to optimize the equipment reliability. RDS operation data will support the Condition Based Maintenance dispositions, extending time between overhauls within our Long Term Program win-win contracts with customer, optimizing their asset availability. Case Base Reasoning used as knowledge engine to increase, expand and refine our advanced diagnostics capability, both for site troubleshooting and remote monitoring support.
