Post-menopausal bleeding assessment Includes consultation, transvaginal ultrasound scan, endometrial biopsy* and follow-up consultation. Pathology (histological examination of the endometrial biopsy) is available and will be charged separately. *Hospital fees for endometrial biopsy not included. Complementary services Includes nutrition, counselling and/or acupuncture. Please note that some of our therapists may charge directly depending on the location of your visit. 8 Payment terms Payments must be made in full before consultation, investigations and/or procedures. If privately insured the insurance details including policy number and authorisation number have to be provided at the time of booking. Please note that there may be shortfalls and these remain patient s liability. If the acount remains unpaid and it is passed to third party for collection a 20% fee will be added to cover the administrative and collection costs. There is no charge for payments made by BACS or debit card. Payments made by credit card are subject to an admin fee of 2.5%.
