2 STEP 1 - WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Video production equipment HD Camera: Buy a HD camera with large viewfinder, manual + auto zoom/ exposure, and shoulder mount option for portable shoots. 3 STEP 2 - WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Blackmagic Design ATEM Producton Studio 4K ATEM Production Studio 4K: Buy the Blackmagic ATEM Production Studio 4K ($ ). This device will let you mix up to 4 input sources (HDMI or HD-SDI). It will be controlled with software from the Mac Pro computer Studio-4K.html If you need more then 4 input sources to be mixed at the same time, you need to get the ATEM 1 M/E Production Studio 4K Production-Studio-4K.html Entry level imac ($ ): - Get from the Apple Store a imac with 21.5"/2.7GHz Quad Core i5/16 GB RAM/1TB drive/apple Care/ A&step=config - Get a 1080p TV to monitor the ATEM multiview HDMI output. Blackmagic Intensity Thunderbolt (250.00) Get a Blackmagic Intensity Shuttle with Thunderbolt capture card. It is recommended to build a travel case and mount the ATEM Production Switcher and add small monitors that will let you see the preview and program feeds before they are recorded. Suggestion: buy the Blackmagic SmartView Duo ($520.00) and mount it in the rack with the ATEM Production Switcher Duo.html Video production gear Live Streaming: Buy the Teradek Vidiu encoder ($775.00). It works with Livestrea/ Ustream/RTMP providers Teradek Vidiu Optional: - If you want to mix more then 1 source of video in the field and not move the ATEM from the office, get the Livestream HD500 all in one encoder that let you mix sources, add titles and recorded files, and stream out to the web the webcast.($ ) - If you don t want to stop the 24/7 signal in the office, but to insert the field production video to the ATEM switcher - buy the Teradek Bolt 850 ($ ). The transmitter will send HD signal over Wifi in the field, and the receiver will receive it in the office and output HD HDMI to the ATEM left in the office.
