2 Introduction Operators worldwide are facing difficult economic conditions and declining margins. In light of these challenges, infrastructure sharing has become one way for operators to cut costs, raise cash and focus on core activities. Additional revenue is expected from extra tenants on each tower as the TowerCo margins increase with tenancy ratios. The SiteFinder software, built on an innovative store finder feature on the website of a major international fast food chain, encompasses enhanced features and functionality to support multiple assets, each with multiple attributes and is fully integrated with databases to facilitate the display of configurable data that provides: GIS platform to display assets and associated data Accessible via web ( Centrally hosted (London) Other options Fully integrated with SQL database for attribute retrieval Fully integrated with Share Point for document display Customers can access the services either direct to landing page or via redirect from their own website, across a variety of devices the GUI layout can be themed, branded etc. "SiteFinder also works on all xhtml and javascript compatible devices: iphone, Android, BlackBerry, Windows Phones, Symbian, Tablets." 2

It has been developed by a group of experienced Mobile experts and is the result of extensive knowledge gained from the roll out and management of both Passive and active Mobile network infrastructure over many years in multiple countries In particular, this software was delivered to one the leading Tower Operating companies in the world, namely Eaton Towers, a fast growing, successful company offering tower sharing on more than 1,500 towers in Ghana, Uganda and South Africa. Eaton is backed by Capital International, one of the largest and most successful investors in emerging markets and by DPI, the specialist African focused fund. SiteFinder has satisfied Eaton s requirement to allow their customers ranging from Mobile Operators to TV and Radio stations easy access to information on their portfolio of Towers. SiteFinder is the result of over 12 months work and it is that experience and know how that is being made available to other Tower Companies on a licensed basis 3

12 Optional Site Management Database (SMD) As SiteFinder will require access to an SQL database containing site data the Software package has been designed to expand so as to implement a simple SQL database containing agreed display data. The option to integrate SiteFinder to a full SQL based site management database is the recommended approach as it offers the ability to both enhance the user experience and also reduces operator maintenance as there is no need to keep the SiteFinder database current by manual input as SiteFinder can then update automatically. 11
