3 Financial Aid Student Academic Plan All students granted a Satisfactory Academic Progress Appeal must also complete the Financial Aid Student Academic Plan. Students who are submitting an appeal for max time- frame issues must also submit a program evaluation. A program evaluation can be generated in Web Advisor. Students will need to meet with a Financial Aid Advisor to complete their Financial Aid Student Academic Plan. Financial Aid Office Recommendations: 1. GPA below 2.0- we encourage all students to repeat failed courses and reduce course load 2. Passing rate below 67%- we encourage all students to repeat failed courses, reduce course load, and not to withdraw from any classes 3.
