Any delay in sending the correct materials to the Graduate Admissions Office will most probably result in your application not being considered. If you encounter difficulty in gathering the materials in time for the deadline, please contact the Graduate Admissions Office for advice. We may be able to suggest ways to help you meet our requirements, but only if you contact us well in advance of the application deadline. 26 Section O: Application Fee Payment The application fee is 60 per course. Payment should be made via the Oxford University Stores website ( using any MasterCard, Visa credit card, Switch, Solo, AMEX or Delta debit card. If this is your first visit, once you have clicked "Add to Basket" you will be required to register on the website. If you have used the online store previously, you will need to log in. You will then need to provide your name, date of birth and the course to which you are applying to allow us to match your payment to your application. Please give the full title of the course and the unique course code, which is available on our course guide. If you are asking a friend or relative to pay for you, or if you are paying on behalf of someone else, then please give only the applicant's details when prompted as part of the payment process. Once the payment process is complete you will be given a unique purchase order number on screen and by receipt. This number will always begin 'OXF' and be followed by digits. For example: 'OXF123456'. This must be entered in the field below without the 'OXF'. If you intend to submit more than one application you must make separate payments and provide us with the purchase order number for each application.
