1 470 ADDITIONAL MAJORS AND MINORS REGULATIONS These regulations are to be read in conjunction with all other relevant statutes and regulations, including the eneral cade ic tatute, the eneral cade ic egulations and the regulations or the individual bachelor s degrees. 1 Additional majors and/or minors may be taken in the following bachelor s degrees: (a) Bachelor of Arts (b) Bachelor of Business (c) Bachelor of Communication Studies (d) Bachelor of Computer and Information Sciences (e) Bachelor of Creative Technologies (f) Bachelor of Dance * (g) Bachelor of Design (h) Bachelor of Health Science (i) Bachelor of International Hospitality Management (j) Bachelor of International Tourism Management (k) Bachelor of Mäori Development (l) Bachelor of Mathematical Sciences (m) Bachelor of Science (n) Bachelor of Sport and Recreation (o) Bachelor of Visual Arts. * ot o en or new enrol ents ro Admission 2 A student s course of study in an additional major or minor must be approved in accordance with published admission and enrolment requirements. 3 A student s course of study in an additional major is subject to the approval of the programme leader. Completion Requirements 4 To meet the requirements of an additional major, a student must complete 120 points from papers within a single subject area as identi ed in the schedule to these regulations, with a minimum of 45 points at. 5 To meet the requirements of a minor, a student must complete 60 points from papers within a single subject area as identi ed in the schedule to these regulations. 6 A student may substitute up to 30 points with papers outside of their additional major with the approval of the faculty of the additional major subject area and the programme leader of the host quali cation.
