2 Prices This price list is subjected to any VT, tax changes, delivery changes or LE KLINT adjustments. The price-list is valid from September 1st Oplysninger Wichtige Information & Tips Useful information Guarantee Regulations If the retailer receives a complaint from a customer within 24 months after the goods are sold to the retail customer, the complaint will be addressed within 2 weeks in accordance with the following regulations: 1. Warranty The product of the supplier carries regular warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods ct. Please remem ber to enclose all relevant receipts or sales vouchers. Warranty repairs must be shipped in original LE KLINT packag ing or otherwise securely packaged and boxed. The retailer must pay all carriage fees. Where applicable, LE KLINT will refund such fees if the forwarded package is covered by the warranty. 2. Maintenance/Complaints The retailer must be able to supply adequate light sources for LE KLINT products. (Please see LE KLINT product manual) Light sources can be purchased directly from LE KLINT. 3. Delivery ll packaging must be intact and unopened upon delivery of all lamps and lampshades. If this is not the case, the carrier must be made aware immediately while delivering, as the receiver holds the right to receive the said product. 4. Repairs LE KLINT ofers a repair service for all LE KLINT products. Where applicable, a fee will be charged for service repairs, spare parts, secondary materials and re-packaging and re-shipping. Preservation of your lamp-shade The resilience of lampshades can weaken after years of being on a frame and can appear to develop a wavy edge. To reestablish the original shape of lampshades 1,2 and 6 is very simple. Sometimes, the paper lampshade s elastic string, that helps to reinforce the pleats, can loosen and simply needs to be restrung to re-establish the original look. By reversing the plastic lampshade onto its frame can also resolve this problem. 1. Remove the lampshade from the frame and carefully widen the top end pleats 4 to 5 times taking care as to not dent or break any pleating 2. Remove the frame from the lamp base and place both items on a lat surface eg: tabletop 3. Using both hands, gather the thicker lower end of the shade until you can hold the lampshade cone shaped in one hand. If you ind this process too diicult for one person have a second person hold the lampshade with both hands gently squeezing the top into a cone shape while you control the frame or vise versa 4. Leave overnight. The lampshade must not be left longer than the recommended time or be used with a light until this process is completed Re-assembling the lamp 1. To remove the frame from the upside down lampshade use one hand to hold and gently squeeze the gathered top of the shade while the other hand holds the frame inside and gently pulls it away from the shade or one person gently holds and squeeze the smaller top end of the shade with both hands while the other person gently removes the frame 2. Place both items on a lat surface with the thicker edge of the lampshade downwards 3. Re-it the frame back onto the lamp base using the socket ring then replace the light 4. Gather the smaller top edge of your lamp shade with both hands and place and click onto the frame 5. Your lamp is once again ready for use Cleaning LE KLINT s plastic lampshades can be cleaned with lukewarm water and detergent. Wash the lampshade with a soft brush, and rinse with a hand shower. It is our experience that with proper care, the lampshades will last for many years and continue to look great. The only way of removing dust and dirt from a lampshade made of paper is by using a soft brush. 1

3 Oplysninger Wichtige Information & Tips Useful information s The energy labelling of LE KLINT lamps is found under technical speciications on the webpage and in all technical sales material. The labelling applies to the light sources that can be used in the ixture, delivered with the ixture or integrated into the ixture. Light source The recommended light source for each speciic lamp is delivered with the lamp. The light source is chosen from the amount of light it gives (lumens) and the quality (temp + CRI) relative to the lamp. It is however possible to use other light sources in the products. Therefore, this product manual lists ages for two types of light sources; Energy-saving light-s and traditional incandescent s/ halogen s. The list shows the maximum age that can be used and is therefore not an expression of how the best light is achieved. The amount of light wanted is individual and the customer must therefore be advised according to their individual needs.
