1 SPREADS CASH BACK BONUS TERMS & CONDITIONS WHAT IS THE CASH BACK BONUS? By opening and funding a live Spreads trading account with GT247.COM, with a minimum amount of R500, you could receive up to 20% of your first cash deposit back. ELIGIBILITY New clients: As of the month of October 2013, all new clients who open a live account will qualify for the Spreads Cash Back Bonus. FIRST DEPOSIT BONUS The deposit values are tiered with a different cash back percentage for each tier. Depending on the tier in which your first deposit is applicable to, you will be required to place a specific number of trades over a limited period, starting from the date of your deposit, in order to receive your Cash Back Bonus. MEETING THE BONUS REQUIREMENTS You will receive your Cash Back Bonus into your trading account as soon as you have placed the required number of trades within the specified time frame. - The user has to risk at least one fifth (1/5) of their first deposit value in Rand per points traded. If the first deposit is more than R 20,000 the minimum required risk remains at R 4,000 (1/5 x R 20,000) per point traded. 1

2 Example: Gillian deposits R 2,000 into her Spread trading account. Gillian qualifies for a 10% (R 200) cash back bonus after the minimum required trades (2 trades) are met. Gillian s value at risk has to reach cumulative R 400 (1/5 x R 2,000) risk per point. By opening and funding a live Contract for Difference (CFD) trading account with GT247.COM, with a minimum amount of R2000, you could receive up to 20% of your first cash deposit back. Derivative products are leveraged products and can result in losses that exceed deposits. Trading derivatives may not be suitable for everyone, so please ensure that you fully understand the risks involved. ELIGIBILITY New clients: As of the month of March 2012, all new clients who open a live account will qualify for the CFD Cash Back Bonus. Existing clients: For a limited period, during the month of March 2012, existing clients whose accounts have been deactivated or is unfunded; or have been inactive in the last three months or longer, will qualify for the CFD Cash Back Bonus. 4 Equity CFDs - A cumulative nominal trading value of 20 x your deposit value is required before the bonus will be released. If the first deposit is more than R 20,000 the minimum required nominal trading value will remain at R 400,000. Example: Tim deposits R 20,000 into his CFD trading account. Tim qualifies for a 20% (R 4,000) cash back bonus after the minimum required trades (40 trades) are met. Tim is trading Equity CFDs and his cumulative nominal trading value has to reach R 400,000 (20 x R 20,000 = R 400,000) before he can receive his bonus. If the first deposit is more than R 20,000 the minimum required risk remains at 4,000 (1/5 x R 20,000) International or Index CFD products traded. Example: Steve deposits R 10,000 into his CFD trading account. Steve qualifies for a 15% (R 1,500) cash back bonus after the minimum required trades (30 trades) are met. Steve is trading International & Index CFDs and his value at risk has to reach 2,000 (1/5 x R 10,000) of these shares traded before he receives his bonus.
