2 Position Summaries A summary of all field office positions in the new model is provided below. This summary is meant to provide staff insight into some anticipated job duties for future positions. Many of the new positions are similar to duties currently performed. The new position titles reflect adoption of the new Account Executive and Underwriter Models and more closely describe the roles and responsibilities of the positions. Staff will receive reassignments to positions that fit their skill set, experience, and qualifications. A full position description with official job duties will be sent before the report to duty date. Positions will also be posted for hiring as needed. No one currently in Multifamily need apply for a job everyone will be assigned an appropriate position however, you may choose to apply in order to pursue relocation, promotion, or other career advancement opportunities Leadership/Operations/Support Roles Multifamily Hub Director multifamily housing programs within his/her assigned jurisdiction. The incumbent will oversee supervisory and nonsupervisory staff who are assigned activities related to asset development and asset management, and will assure that multifamily programs are implemented in conformance with existing laws, regulations, and policies. Director in the current model. Operations Officer administrative activities that support the Regional Center and Satellite Offices. The Operations Officer will oversee the activities of staff responsible for administrative processing, information management, procurement and contracting, space management, supplies, etc. Operations Officer in the current model. Administrative Specialist is responsible for performing some or all of the administrative management activities and for providing expert advice on a broad range of administrative, personnel, employee relations, labor relations, and EEO activities for the Multifamily Regional Center or Satellite Office. managerial, technical, operational, and administrative policies and procedures. activities to include automation, budget, material management, and administrative responsibilities.
