11 Note: The realignment legislation changed the good time/work time custody credits that are earned by prisoners against the above sentences. By law each defendant is only required to serve one-half of the commitment noted, or, put another way, 50% of the sentence imposed. The post supervision column indicates whether a sentence has been split, meaning the defendant s overall sentence is split by order of the Court between time incarcerated in the county jail and time on mandatory supervision upon release. If the defendant s sentence is not split, then he or she will not have any probation or parole-like supervision upon completion of their full sentence.
