Have your prescription bottle readily available. 2. Call the pharmacy you would like to transfer your prescription to. 3. Inform the pharmacy staff you would like to transfer your prescription to their pharmacy and they will talk you through doing so. or 4. Download the TransferRx App from the App Store.
