ExE is an inclusive institution, in which any businessman or company can find the possibility and the opportunity to carry out activities that involve social responsibility. CORPORATE VOLUNTEER PROGRAM This program allows a closer relationship between the company that provides help and the people in the community. It also raises awareness on issues of development and education within the workers of the company, given that social committees are established within the companies to promote social aid. Many workshops are organized to ensure that these committees are sustainable, and thus able to develop more projects in the future. How does it work: When working with a company, ExE makes an internal and external analysis of the company, to develop an initial plan. Once this is done, a volunteer guide is developed.
