Practical Aspects of Testing Pre-Service (least time intensive; non face-to-face) Selection of Tests Intra-Service (most time intensive) Administration of Tests Face-to-Face Post-Service (non face-to-face time intensive) Scoring Interpretation Report Writing Follow-up Disposition
