This initial deposit must be made by cheque drawn from your nominated bank account in your organisation name. All cheques should be made payable to your organisation account name (e.g. ABC Ltd). We can only accept applications from UK resident organisations with UK resident individuals (e.g applicants/signatories). Section G to be read and completed by all applicants We will use your personal information to open and administer your account, prevent fraud and money laundering and to provide you with details about our products and services. We will undertake a search with an electronic verification agency to verify the identity and address of the account signatories, beneficial owners and organisation. To do so the electronic verification agency may check the details you supply against any particulars on any database (public or otherwise) to which they have access. They may also use your details in the future to assist other companies for verification purposes. In certain circumstances, we will need further proof of identity in order to open your account. We will retain a record of the search and any identity documents provided. By applying for an account, you are providing your consent for the use of your personal data for these purposes. You have the right of access to your personal data held by the Bank on payment of a fee if you apply to us in writing. Occasionally we would like to bring to your attention details of products and services available from us, or from other carefully selected suppliers, which may be of interest to you.
