These programs prepare individuals in the health care industry to understand and demonstrate their competency in planning, selecting, and implementing health information technology (CPHIT), organizing and successfully operating the exchange of electronic health care information among provider organizations (CPHIE), and achieving value from an electronic health record (CPEHR). Each program is ten courses in length. Four courses focused on topics of specific interest to most WEDI members are offered on May 19, 2008. The certification exams for CPEHR, CPHIE, and CPHIT are also offered online. Special pricing arrangements are available for the remaining online curriculum for those registered for this one day in person program.
