Turabian Style Citations (Notes-Bibliography Style) This guide provides basic guidelines and examples for citing sources using A Manual for Writers of Research Papers, Theses, and Dissertations, 7 th edition, by Kate L. Turabian. Turabian style includes two options for citing sources: the notes-bibliography style and the authordate style. This guide covers the notes-bibliography style for writers who are using endnotes or footnotes as a means of giving attribution to their sources. Books Author Last, First. Title. Newspapers When using Turabian notes style, newspaper articles do not need to be included in the Bibliography, but they should be included as notes.
