Future policy changes. Nonforfeiture Options Reduced Paid-Up Nonforfeiture allows a customer to use the cash value available for surrender to purchase paid-up life insurance. The benefit amount will be based on the customer s age at that time. This is the default nonforfeiture option, but it is not available if the benefit would be less than $1,000. Extended-Term Nonforfeiture provides the ability to purchase extended-term insurance coverage. The cash value available for surrender can be used as a single premium, and the length of the term will be based on the insured s age at that time. Riders 2 The Children s Level Term Rider can be added to an in-force policy through age 64. This rider is subject to availability, and additional underwriting will be required. Changes at Age 100 The following will occur on the policy anniversary following the insured s 100th birthday: The policy fee and premiums are waived. The surrender value continues to earn the guaranteed credited interest rate of 3%. All riders are cancelled except the Accelerated Death Benefit Riders.
