Option 1: Continued Patchwork on Website 1. Homepage edits a. Option to move forward and/or backward between slider images b. Option to click on the photo for more information c. Slow down the speed of the scroll between images d. Add buckets for Park, Pool, Programs e. Create new sliders f. Add announcements area Estimated time: 10 hours 2. Customer Information page edits a. Customer forms area- adjust forms order i. Option1: D4 can manually change the order of forms in the database. Estimated time: 1 hour ii. Option 2: D4 can create a new infrastructure to allow SVGID to change form order themselves via the CMS. Estimated time: 4-6 hours (actual time unknown) 3. Newsletter edits a. Develop code needed to automatically generate a newsletter archive list for previous newsletters (organized by year). Estimated time: 4-5 hours (actual time unknown) Note: After initial investigation of the existing structure, we are unsure if this can be done. We are confident we can edit this page manually via the database and hard files but adding the functionality to have this list auto populate is uncertain. 4. Calendar page a. D4 to investigate and remove error code on calendar page which appears when events are added. Estimated time: 1 hour 5. Trustees page a. Ensure that the arrows which move trustees up and down in the list are working properly. Estimated time: Unknown, we will need to troubleshoot this item. We are estimating between 2-5 hours. 6. Meeting Information page a. Create an agenda item request form and submit button. b. Form to be sent to SVGID via email. Estimated time: 3 hours 7. Publications page a. Style and bold titles, adjust spacing. Estimated time: 1 hour
8. Contact Us page a. Add address to page b. Add directions link to Google Map and embed map on page Estimated time: 1.5 hours 9. Employment page a. Bold and stylize the titles b. Create a more apparent button/call to action to download the Employment Application file. Estimated time: 2 hours 10. Conservation page a. Bold and stylize titles (to make consistent with other areas on the website). b. Remove photos pulling from homepage and add conservation related photos. c. Remove photos not wanted on the main gallery Estimated time: 2.5 hours 11. Parks page a. Troubleshoot emails being sent to ensure SVGID is receiving requests for availability. Estimated time 2-3 hours b. Add additional form fields to Park Reserve forms e.g. name, phone, email, message and event details. Estimated time: 3 hours 12. Other work a. Recreation page enhancements i. Add individual pages for each park and pool. 1. Photos of each park and other details/information to be on each page. Estimated time: 3-4 hours 13. Social media a. Setup Facebook page and stylize with SVGID branding and imagery. b. Integrate Facebook icon and link on the website Estimated time: 1.5 hour Time Estimate: 37.5 48.5 hours* Cost Estimate: $5625 - $7,275 *There are some unknowns here that may increase the hours needed to troubleshoot the above. We will bill for actual time spent. We suggest Option 2 for cost effectiveness.
Option 2: Migrate Current Website Design to New Theme Structure 1. Option 1 edits included a. Perform all edits and modifications listed in Option 1 to newly migrated website. b. Perform any minor design changes as needed. 2. Migrate current site to a new CMS structure a. Migrate existing site design to WordPress. b. Extract and integrate all website content and import into new WordPress platform. Note: Before this is performed it would be a good idea to review all content and add/remove any dated or misinformation. There may be an argument to simplify the content and navigation as well. 3. Content Management System (CMS) Integration a. Design to be integrated into a content management system that allows SVGID to easily edit and manage the website s content. b. Training provided to SVGID on how to use specific features of the CMS and update the website. c. New CMS provides scalable structure that will allow SVGID to add content, pages, files, images, etc in an easy to use format that can grow or shrink as SVGID needs. d. Content Management System (CMS) Features: i. Completely manage website and website content from an easy to use web based control panel accessible from any computer with Internet access. ii. Add/Edit/Remove Pages from website iii. Add images, video, files into page content of website iv. Edit images - crop, resize, rotate, create thumbnails, add galleries v. Add/Edit/Remove pages from menu navigation and adjust order of navigation items. vi. Create multiple users with set permissions to certain features if needed. vii. Easily create online forms and configure where they are submitted/delivered. 4. Mobile/Tablet Optimized Responsive Design a. Ensure website is optimized for mobile devices and tablets (this means that the website will be optimized for devices with smaller screens). i. Add additional functionality to website that allows responsive resizing of website layout and content based on the user s device screen size. ii. A smaller, more concise version of the website will be displayed on mobile and tablet devices. iii. Note: If you anticipate that a larger amount of your user audience will be browsing the website on mobile/tablet devices, we recommend investing in a responsive and mobile optimized design. 5. Social media b. Setup Facebook page and stylize with SVGID branding and imagery. c. Integrate Facebook icon and link on the website d. Setup news and blog posts to autopush to SVGID Facebook page as posts. 6. Testing, Launch and Post Launch Support a) Set up the site on SVGID web server/ hosting b) Test website functionality, usability, integrity and site navigation. c) Assist with launch of new website if needed. d) Monitor website usage and provide support after launch.

Terms and Conditions 1. Authorization. The above-named Client is engaging D4 Media Corp. (DBA: D4 Advanced Media), known as Developer, a corporation, located at 140 W. Huffaker Ln Ste 506, Reno, NV 89511, as an independent contractor for the specific purpose of developing and/or improving a web site. The Client hereby authorizes Developer to Access the above Clients FTP Account, and authorizes the web hosting service to provide Developer with "write permission" for the Client s web page directory and any other directories or programs which need to be accessed for this project. 2. Copyrights and Trademarks. The Client represents to Developer (D4) and unconditionally guarantees that any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork furnished to Developer for inclusion in web pages are owned by the Client, or that the Client has permission from the rightful owner to use each of these elements, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend Developer and its subcontractors from any claim or suit arising from the use of such elements furnished by the Client. 3. Ownership to Web Pages and Graphics. Copyright to the finished assembled work of web pages and graphics produced by the Developer shall be vested with the Client upon final payment for the project. Rights to photos, licensed imagery, and computer programs are specifically not transferred to the Client, and remain the property of their respective owners. Developer and its subcontractors retain the right to display all designs as examples of their work in their respective portfolios. 4. Client Amends / Changes. Developer prides itself in providing excellent customer service. That is the spirit of our agreement and the spirit of the Developer's business. To that end, we encourage input from the Client during the design process. The Developer understands, however, that Clients may request significant design changes to parts of the website or graphics that have already been built to the Client's specification. If significant modification is requested after a project has been built to the Client's specification, a Change Request with estimated costs will be submitted for Client approval prior to changes being done. The Client will be billed at our standard hourly rate for work performed. Some examples of significant modification at the request of the Client include (but not limited to): 0. Developing new code structure to accommodate a substantial website redesign at the Client's request. 1. Recreating or significantly modifying already completed graphics at the Client's request. 2. Replacing more than 50% of the content to any given page at the Client's request. 3. Adding additional features or changing design elements that were not originally included in the contract. 4. Significantly reconfiguring the Client's database or backend architecture of the website. Minor changes, however, will be covered during the development of your project 5. Additional Expenses. Client agrees to reimburse the Developer for any critical Client requested expenses necessary for the completion of the project. Examples would be: Purchase of specific fonts at the Client's request, Purchase of specific photography at the Client's request. Purchase of specific software at the Client's request. 6. Maintenance Grace Period. This agreement includes minor web page maintenance to regular web pages (not store product pages) over a two-week period from launch date, including updating links and making minor changes to a sentence or paragraph. It does not including removing nearly all the text from a page and replacing it with new text. If the Client or an agent other than Developer attempts updating the Client s pages; time required to repair web pages will be assessed at the hourly rate, and is not included as part of the updating time. The two-week maintenance period commences upon launching of the proposed website design Changes requested by the Client beyond those limits will be billed at the hourly rate. This rate shall also apply toward additional work authorized beyond the maximums specified above for such services as: general Internet orientation education, marketing consulting, web page design, editing, modifying product pages and databases in
an online store, and art, photo, graphics services, and helping Clients learn how to use their own web page editor. CGI programming charges (if any) are not included in this rate. 7. Maintenance and Website Updating (optional). If desired, terms for maintenance and updating can be established using one of two methods unless otherwise specified in the project contract. As Needed Maintenance: Charges incur when Client requests maintenance or updates to the website. Hourly rate is $135/hr. 1/4 hour minimum charge. - OR- Monthly Flat Rate Maintenance and Updating: The Flat Rate Agreement is payable each month,. Client determines the number of hours needed each month and pre-pay for those hours at a reduced hourly rate of $125. Maintenance and updates which go beyond the pre-paid hour(s) are chargeable at the normal hourly rate disclosed ($135/hr). Unused pre-paid hours roll over into the next month. 8. Payment of Fees. A minimum deposit of fifty percent (50%) is required to commence work unless other payment terms are specified within the contract. Fees to Developer are due and payable on the following schedule: 50% upon signing of contract, and the remaining balance upon page completion. If the total amount of this contract is less than $1000, the total amount shall be paid upon signing of contract and any additional costs incurred during development will be invoiced at the completion of the web site. Advertising the website to Web Search Engines for indexing occur only after the final payment is made. All payments will be made in U.S. funds. Developer reserves the right to remove web pages from viewing on the Internet until final payment is made. If a payment delay is anticipated, please contact the Developer immediately for an alternative arrangement. In case collection proves necessary, the Client agrees to pay all fees incurred by that process. This agreement becomes effective only when signed by Developer. Regardless of the place of signing of this agreement, the Client agrees that for purposes of venue, this contract was entered into in Washoe County, Nevada, and any dispute will be litigated or arbitrated in Washoe County, Nevada, USA. 9. Assignment of Project. The Developer reserves the right to assign certain subcontractors to this project if necessary to insure the right fit for the job as well as on-time completion. The Developer warrants all work completed by subcontractors for this project. When subcontracting is required, the Developer will only use industry recognized professionals. 10. Warranties and Liability. Client agrees that any material submitted for publication will not contain anything leading to an abusive or unethical use of the Web Hosting Service, the Host Server or the Developer. Abusive and unethical materials and uses include, but are not limited to, pornography, obscenity, nudity, violations of privacy, computer viruses, harassment, any illegal Activity, spamming, advocacy of an illegal Activity, and any infringement of privacy. Client hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Developer from any claim resulting from the Client's publication of material or use of those materials. Developer does not warrant the functions of the site will meet Client s expectations of site traffic or resulting business or that the operation of the web pages will be uninterrupted and / or error-free. Developer is not to be held responsible for occasional downtime of email or web site due to line interruptions and/or other instances beyond Developers control. D4 Advanced Media does not warrant that the operation of the web site or email services will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event will D4 Advanced Media be liable to the client or any third party for any damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of the operation of or inability to operate the web site. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
