Another way for the Mutual Fund or its Agent to be considered an acceptable securities location is for the Member to have a custody agreement, which conforms to SRO by-laws, with the Mutual Fund or Agent. Unless otherwise indicated, a mutual fund company/fund manager on this listing has signed an agreement only for its family of funds. Where the mutual fund company/fund manager administers a third party mutual fund it must sign a separate agreement. Where this is the case, the listing will indicate the third party mutual fund(s) covered by the agreement.
