Terms of Services Version 3. August 15th, 2013 1.1. General Provisions To agree to this Terms of Service shows your agreement to all Legal documents in relation to SulliHosting, Inc., Inc. Web Services (TOS, AUP, PP, TCU, Server Provider + VPS Agreements, etc). All documents listed on SulliHosting.com/about.php 2.1 Definitions Let user, client, subscriber, you, party, group, customer, member, etc refer to the user (an agent, either a human agent (end- user) or software- agent who uses a computer or network service.) All services provided by SulliHosting, Inc. may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any United States, state or city law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret and other statute. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SulliHosting, Inc. from any claims resulting from the use of service, which damages the subscriber or any other party. Prohibited are sites that promote any illegal activity or present content that may be damaging to SulliHosting, Inc. servers, or any other server on the Internet. Links to such materials are also prohibited. Examples of unacceptable content or links: - Pirated software - Hacker programs or archives - Warez sites NOTICE: IF YOUR ACCOUNT IS FOUND TO CONTAIN ILLEGAL ACTIVITY, ILLEGAL MP3 FILES, PIRATED SOFTWARE, HACKER PROGRAMS, WAREZ PROGRAMS, OR ANY OTHER ILLEGAL FILES, YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY, WITHOUT NOTICE, AND A $50.00 CANCELLATION FEE WILL APPLY. ADDITIONALLY, SulliHosting, Inc. WILL NOTIFY THE PROPER AUTHORITIES OF YOUR ILLEGAL ACTIONS. 3.1 Traffic Usage All account plans come with a predetermined amount of traffic allowance. The exception to this is any unlimited plans that SulliHosting, Inc. offers. We monitor all accounts and bill $5.00 for each gigabyte (GB) of traffic exceeded. This amount is not prorated, meaning that 1mb (megabyte) 1gb (gigabyte) will be treated and billed as the same.

4.1 IRC We currently do not allow IRC or IRC bots to be operated on our shared web hosting servers. All services of this similarity will be taken down. The account hosting this service will be terminated or suspended without notice. Please look into our VPS and other servers for such activities. 5.1 Server Abuse Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to a server or customer of SulliHosting, Inc. is strictly prohibited. As our customer you are responsible for all your accounts. Should you violate the Terms of Services outlined within, your account will be cancelled without chance of refund. Abuse can include but not limited to reports from our Datacenters and/or outside companies that our Datacenters may use to search for network abuse. 6.1 Refusal of Service We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or suspend service, at our sole discretion. All sub- networks, distributive hosting sites and dedicated servers of SulliHosting, Inc. must adhere to the above policies, with the exception of system resources in respect to dedicated servers. If you think you have been refused of service for an unacceptable reason, or was done in error, you may contact support@sullihosting, Inc..com. In consideration for SulliHosting, Inc. maintaining one or more accounts (each "Account"), you, as the SulliHosting, Inc. customer, agree to the following terms of service. "We" "Us" or "Provider" or "SulliHosting, Inc." to be SulliHosting, Inc..com "You" "Your" "Client" "Customer" Subscriber or "Member" - Each person or entity that applies for Internet service or is a designate of anyone who applies for Internet service. 7.1 Billing By the Account Activation Date of each month, SulliHosting, Inc. shall: Deliver, by e- mail or regular mail, an invoice in accordance with the applicable Service Fees for services rendered for the current month. When an invoice is delivered to the client, payment shall be remitted to SulliHosting, Inc. by no later than the specified payment due date. SulliHosting, Inc. shall be entitled to immediately terminate this agreement for client's failure to make timely payments. You will be provided with an invoice on a monthly basis. All credit cards are billed automatically on a monthly basis. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that they have sufficient credit to

cover this transaction. In the event that there is insufficient credit, we will send an e- mail notification, at which point we will need to be provided with another credit card account number within 24 hours. If we do not receive a response within 24 hours, the account, and all accounts under that account plan, will be suspended. Certain services carry a setup fee charged by SulliHosting, Inc. to client, which must be paid by client in order to have use of said services. If client terminates this agreement, client shall be responsible for any and all outstanding fees owed to SulliHosting, Inc. and agrees to pay any and all fees incurred by client. Because the services are provided on a monthly basis, the client will be responsible for service fees incurred each month, regardless of when client provides notice of termination. Thus, for example, if the client provides notice of termination on the 15th day of a particular month, the client will be responsible for service fees for the entire month, and such fees will not be pro- rated or refunded. If you cancelled your service with us and have it setup with PayPal's subscription payments/auto payments, we are not responsible to refund the money that you sent us using the subscription payments/auto payments via PayPal. You have a billing question or an error was made, contact billing@sullihosting, Inc..com 7.2 Payment Types SulliHosting, Inc. offers 4 different types of payments. These are PayPal, BitCoin, Credit Card and Mail in Payments. For any service over $25 a month, we (SulliHosting, Inc.) reserves the right to request a Credit Card Number to verify the payment type. Mail in Payments Includes United States Paper Money and Checks issued by a United States Financial Institute (ie: JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America, HSBC, etc.). PayPal: PayPal Balance; Order Processed Immediately. PayPal echeck; Please allow up to 1 week for it to clear through PayPal. BitCoin: Order Processed Immediately. Credit Cards: Up to 24 Hours to process order. This is due to manual verification of card. Also you will be required to sign for your authorization of your credit card. All orders pricing over $75 also will need a Credit Card Authorization Form filled out; this can be located at https://mysulli.com under knowledgebase. Mail In Payments: Available for Registered Business of United States. To make this option available to you please contact our Billing Department at billing@sullihosting.com. A. Checks: Can take up to 10 business days to process; any rejected or bounced checks, you will be charged a $25 fee. For refunds of checks please see section 7.4. B. Cash: Please allow up to 4 business days to process threw USPS or any other Mail Carrier and then be deposited into our account. Please see section 7.4 for refunds

7.3 Money back guarantee & refund policy We do not generally refund cancelled contracts. For example, if your contract is quarterly and you request a refund after two months, no refunds will be admitted. No refunds are issued for setup charges, add- on charges, domain- registrations, add- on purchases, SSL certificates or overage charges. In case of AUP violations, any and all refunds are forfeit. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we allow certain services to be refunded within reason. In order to work out refund details, contact support@sullihosting.com 7.4 Refund Types PayPal Refunds Credit for SulliHosting, Inc. or Traviro Web Services (Choice of Client) Products / Services; unless authorized by Billing Manager, then full refund for PayPal Funds will be sent. BitCoin Credit for SulliHosting, Inc. or Traviro Web Services Products/ Services ONLY! This is due that BitCoins cannot be refunded. Credit Cards Credit for SulliHosting, Inc. or Traviro Web Services (Choice of Client) Products / Services; unless authorized by Billing Manager, then full refund by check. Mail In Payments (Cash or Checks) Credit for SulliHosting, Inc. or ProServers (Choice of Client) Products / Services; unless authorized by Billing Manager, then we will issue a refund in check form, no cash refunds will be made! Note: All Credit Card Refunds are have a 25% fee for full refund via Check or threw Gateway! 7.5 Account Deactivations Any account deactivated due to non- payment will require a reactivation fee of $20.00 prior to reactivation depending on the situation. Please e- mail support@sullihosting.com for more information on reactivation of a service. 7.6 Cancellation Refunds We do not refund partial monthly fees to accounts. We require 30 days notice for a cancellation or refund (if applicable). Limitation of Liability SulliHosting, Inc. shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental and consequential damages, which may arise from servers going off- line or being unavailable for any

reason whatsoever. Furthermore, SulliHosting, Inc. Web Services or sub companies shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental or consequential damages, resulting from the corruption or deletion of any web site from one of SulliHosting, Inc. servers. All damages shall be limited to the immediate termination of service. If you cancelled your service with us and have it setup with PayPal's subscription payments/auto payments, we are not responsible to refund the money that you sent us using the subscription payments/auto payments via PayPal. We do not offer refunds unless there is something wrong with the service. 8.1 Violations Violations of these Acceptable Use Policies and other Legal Documents should be referred to support@sullihosting.com. All complaints will be investigated promptly. Failure to follow any term or condition will be grounds for immediate account deactivation, termination, or suspension. 9.1 Disclaimer SulliHosting, Inc. cannot be held liable for system down time, crashes or data loss. We cannot be held liable for any predicated estimate of profits, which a client would have gained if their site were functioning. Certain services provided by are resold. Thus, certain equipment, routing, software and programming used by are not directly owned or written by SulliHosting, Inc.. Moreover, SulliHosting, Inc. holds no responsibility for the use of our clients' accounts. Failure to comply with any terms or conditions will result in the automatic deactivation of the account in question. We reserve the right to remove any account, without advance notice for any reason without restitution, as sees fit. If you see specific reasoning for your money back or repayment, contact billing@sullihosting.com 10.1 Account Activation By activating your account with SulliHosting, Inc. you agree to the above policies and disclaimer. Upon requesting activation of an account, you are required to accept these (all) policies, guidelines and disclaimer, and a copy of your acceptance is forwarded along with your activation request to be maintained with your account information. Activation shows acceptance to all documents noted at SulliHosting.com/about.php 10.2 NOTICE: If you sign up for an account and fail to comply with these terms, no refunds will be given. We will, however, advise you by e- mail or phone prior to taking any action to provide you with an opportunity to correct the problem. In the meantime, you account will be temporarily suspended.

11.1 Server Uptime Guarantee Our network and servers are monitored 24/7, and are rarely down except for scheduled maintenance and hardware and software upgrades. Our average uptime on any given month is 99.8%. If you have a problem, or you notice an extreme about of downtime, please contact support@sullihosting.com. SulliHosting, Inc. reserves the right to amend any or all of the above policies, guidelines and disclaimer without notification. We also retain the right to increase any pricing and make changes to our account plans without notification. SulliHosting, Inc. does not provide a direct SLA refund program but information about refunds, dependent upon amounts of downtime and value of service, can be found on SulliHosting.com/about.php 12.1 MultiCraft + Minecraft + TeamSpeak License You agree, by using the Minecraft + TeamSpeak service, not to: * Harm our servers or your fellow customers * Upload or transmit illegal files, content, data, text, racist documents, and copyrighted material without prior approval of the copyright owner, obscene content, and defamatory, invasive, hateful, etc. data. * Hold, post, or transmit anything of which could harm a child * Falsely identify yourself by forging packets, headers, data, content, etc. * Collect or store any personal data about users without their prior consent * Stalk or harass another user * Carry out an unlawful act * Interfere with our service. SulliHosting, Inc. issues licenses to their customers per request. These licenses are not for resell, redistribution, copying, etc. These licenses are on a LEASED basis per machine, per customer. By receiving a MultiCraft license and accepting the terms of a server, you agree that you will not copy or save the "Owned" license from your dedicated machine. MultiCraft licenses are issued on a per- server basis. Only one license will be issued per machine, per customer. These licenses are licensed to our provider and us. You are not to keep the license unless otherwise directed and signed off by SulliHosting, Inc. staff. Penalty can result in suspension or termination of your service(s). Your game or voice server is not to be used for any other purpose then its defined sale purpose.

13.1 Acceptable Use Policy for Game servers and Voice Servers The client agrees to not attempt to modify the number of slots, tick rate, max FPS, or RAM allocation of the server. To not use over 10GB of space per game server. This includes maps, models, sounds, and any other game resource or file located in your game server folder. To not attempt to access any files, programs, services, or data outside of the client's game or voice server folder. Please be respectful to your limits. In addition: AUP applies to all SulliHosting, Inc. clients regardless of our locations. These documents, including TOS, AUP, apply to all customers who purchase VPS, Web Hosting, or Minecraft hosting from us, or other services. Some documentation will be noted, as certain policies do not apply to all services. Policies apply automatically to all SulliHosting, Inc. clients upon subscription to the Services including subscription through a third party or any commercial partner. Customer agrees to use the Services only for lawful purposes, in compliance with all applicable law. The terms "we", "us" or "our" shall refer to SulliHosting, Inc.. Specific activities that are prohibited include, but are not limited to: Threatening harm to persons or property or otherwise harassing behavior. Violating Canadian export control laws for software or technical information. Misrepresenting or fraudulently representing products/services, If we receive a DMCA for your site/clients site this is abuse to our TOS if you are proven guilty. Transmission, distribution or storage of any material in violation of any applicable law or regulation. Transmission, distribution or storage of any material protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property right without proper authorization, and material that is obscene, defamatory, an invasion of privacy or constitutes an illegal threat, or is otherwise illegal. Facilitating, aiding, or encouraging any of the above activities, whether using SulliHosting, Inc.'s network or service by itself or via a third party s network or service. Interference with a third party s use of SulliHosting, Inc. s network or service, or ability to connect to the Internet or provide services to Internet users. 14.1 Fraud Orders If your account is marked fraud on your order, we will refund your full money, minus either $15.00 or 10% of the order (which ever is higher), this if or a fraud order- processing fee. If you ordered a dedicated server and we find out that it is fraudulent order, only a partial refund will be returned depending on fees SulliHosting, Inc. are faced with verifying the order. A copy of our Purchase Order may be request upon the correct circumstances. If you have any questions about this, please contact our billing department at billing@sullihosting.com

15.1 Email SulliHosting, Inc. has a STRONG anti- spam policy and applies it. Spammers are NOT welcomed. This includes spamming through open proxy servers or any other kind of unsolicited email advertising. If a customer is found to be in violation of our SPAM policy, SulliHosting, Inc. may, at its sole discretion, restrict, suspend or terminate customer s account. Further, SulliHosting, Inc. reserves the right to pursue civil remedies for any costs associated with the investigation of a substantiated policy violation. SulliHosting, Inc. will notify law enforcement officials if the violation is believed to be a criminal offense. The customer acknowledges that he is responsible for any and all SPAM related actions, which come from their account. The total limit of emails to be sent and received per hour is 250. Sending unsolicited email messages, including, without limitation, commercial advertising and informational announcements, is explicitly prohibited even if the lists are said to be opt- in. Customer will not use another site s mail server to relay mail without the express permission of the site. It is strictly forbidden to send out unsolicited email from any other network that advertises, promotes or in any way points to a location inside SulliHosting, Inc. network. Sending Unsolicited Bulk Email ("UBE", "spam") The sending of any form of Unsolicited Bulk Email through SulliHosting, Inc.'s servers is prohibited. Likewise, the sending of UBE from another service provider advertising a web site, email address or utilizing any resource hosted on SulliHosting, Inc.'s servers, is prohibited. 16.1 IRC networks It is absolutely forbidden to host an IRC server that is part of or connected to another IRC network or server. Servers found to be connecting to or part of these networks will be immediately removed from our network without notice. The server will not be reconnected to the network until such time that you agree to completely remove any and all traces of the IRC server, and agree to let us have access to your server to confirm that the content has been completely removed. Any server guilty of a second violation will result in immediate account termination. IRC cannot be hosted on Budget VPS or web hosting. You're able to host on Premium VPS and dedicated servers only. 17.1 Free Hosting Websites It is absolutely forbidden to host a website that offers free web hosting on any SulliHosting, Inc. web server. Account owners found to be in violation of this rule will be warned and told to take the site down. If the for mentioned account offers such services again, his account all accounts under him will be immediately suspended and remain so for the rest of eternity. The term free can and will be used liberally in describing said services. For example, sites selling hosting for $0.01 sites selling hosting for $1.00 a year would fit into the free category. SulliHosting,

Inc. reserves the right to make judgments on its sole discretion about which sites are providing free hosting. 18.1 Domains We make no representation that the domain name you wish to register is capable of being registered by or for you or that it will be registered in your name. You should therefore not assume registration of your requested domain name(s) until you have been notified that it has or they have been registered. Any action taken by you before such notification is at your risk. The relevant naming authority subject to the terms and conditions of use applies the registration and use of your domain name; you shall ensure that you are aware of those terms and conditions and that you comply with them. You shall have no right to bring any claim against us in respect of refusal to register a domain name. Any administration charge paid by you to us shall be non- refundable notwithstanding refusal by the naming authority to register your desired name. >We shall have no liability in respect of the use by you of any domain name; any dispute between you and any other person must be resolved between the parties concerned in such dispute. If any such dispute arises, we shall be entitled, at our discretion and without giving any reason, to withhold, suspend or cancel the domain name. We shall also be entitled to make representations to the relevant naming authority but will not be obliged to take part in any such dispute. 19.1 Adult Content Legal adult content must be published in accordance of any applicable law or regulation. SulliHosting, Inc. reserves the right to suspend any account publishing offending content. 20.1 Gambling Sites We have no gambling site policy at this time as we lack exposure to this. Proceed with caution and expect the worst. 21.1 Warez and Warez Linking/Torrents Our servers are located in the US. Warez and Warez linking/torrents is strictly forbidden in US due to copyright laws. Any accounts found having either will be terminated or suspended with or without notice. 22.1 VPS/Resellers All VPS do not come with any money back guarantee no matter if you claim unused or used. We only offer a money back guarantee if uptime is below 99.8% on budget VPS. Please understand setting up server's take's time and money. SulliHosting, Inc. is not responsible for any data lost or hardware failure or back ups on any VPS. This

is your duty to ensure that you are backing up your data and your client's data. All TOS apply to VPS clients as well. The reseller/vps customer is liable and responsible for all actions of their account and sub accounts created by the reseller/vps customer. As the reseller/vps customer you agree to accept all responsibility and liability for your actions and the actions of your sub users either directly or indirectly. Terms of Service violations as a result of a sub user account being exploited with or without knowledge will be the responsibility of the reseller/vps account holder. The reseller & VPS account holder agrees to actively monitor their sub accounts to ensure all sub accounts and their own account are abiding by all of SulliHosting, Inc.'s policies and Terms Of Service. The legal liability and legal responsibility of the sub accounts of the reseller/vps belongs to the reseller/vps customer. RuneScape bots and MineCraft and all other gaming servers are forbidden on any Budget server and web hosting. You will require premium hosting or Minecraft Hosting for this (both of which we offer). Please note we do not offer nor take back ups of VPS this is your duty and anyone who uses the VPS duty to ensure they are backing up the data as we do not offer any back ups what so ever on VPS. 23.1 System and Network Security and Back Ups Customer is prohibited from utilizing SulliHosting, Inc. services to compromise the security or tamper with system resources or accounts on computers at the Premises or at any third party site. SulliHosting, Inc. itself secures it server's the best we can but SulliHosting, Inc. is not responsible if your site or your clients site has been hacked what so ever it is your duty to make sure all script's that you are running are up to date to avoid any exploits which could cause your site harm. SulliHosting, Inc. will make all possible efforts to provide a backup mechanism and keep complete backup copies of all shared hosting, reseller, master reseller solutions. However, the customer or customer "customers" must keep a personal backup copy of its software, sites, databases and all hosted content. SulliHosting, Inc. should not be held responsible of any loss of data or data corruption. Backups will not be provided for accounts that have been suspended or terminated or for any clients who have filed a dispute regarding billing or for any reason unless otherwise agreed to in writing by SulliHosting, Inc.. All free domains you receive within a plan or offer will not be able to be transferred until the 1 year of domain registration is up. All domains you register on your own within SulliHosting, Inc. domain registration portal can be transferred at any time. 23.2 Dedicated IPs and Additional IPs Dedicated IPs is provided during requests or at initial server order. Dedicated IPs for our Shared Web Hosting and Business Web Hosting services is mandatory to be used when having a SSL installed on that hosting service. IPs is available for these services by contacting our Sales Department at sales@sullihosting.com. Dedicated IPs and additional IPs are available to all other services from SulliHosting, Inc. Please contact our sales department for more information about those IPs. Justification is required for any additional IPs assigned to your service.

24.1 Backup Limit Web Hosting Any account using more than 20 gigs of disk space will be removed from our off site weekly backup with the exception of Databases continuing to be backed up. All data will continue to be mirrored to a secondary drive, which helps protect against data loss in the event of a drive failure. 25.1 Hate Material Use of, hosting, providing services to, or content pertaining to but not limited to the following items: racist, fascist, gender hating material and anti civil liberties materials is prohibited on SulliHosting, Inc. server. You will be warned to take this down. If our warnings are not heeded in a timely fashion you will be suspended. Specific activities that are prohibited include, but are not limited to; - Threatening harm to persons or property or otherwise harassing behavior. - Use or distribution of tools designed for compromising security. - Unauthorized access to or use of data, systems or networks, including any attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without express authorization of the owner of the system or network. - Unauthorized monitoring of data or traffic on any network or system without express authorization of the owner of the system or network. - Deliberate attempts to overload a system and broadcast attacks. - Forging of any TCP- IP packet header or any part of the header information in an email or a newsgroup posting. - Intentionally or negligently transmitting files containing a computer virus or corrupted data. 26.1 Resource usage SulliHosting, Inc. Shared Hosting: it is strictly forbidden, without prior written authorization, to allow a third party or the user of another web hosting service to use or access your account s resources. Without limitation, this applies to usage of an account to provide public online services like statistics, image hosting or any other service targeted to external web sites. Use 25% or more of system resources for longer then 90 seconds. There are numerous activities that could cause such problems; these include: CGI scripts, FTP, PHP, HTTP, etc. SulliHosting, Inc. shared and reseller servers: you are allowing 20 concurrent connections at any time, if you

exceed this your account will be affected not the server. We have a 100Mbps connection. See, fair/acceptable use policy. 27.1 One- Time Services All: Refunds cannot be provided for One- Time services, this includes Dedicated IP Addresses, Software Subscriptions, Labor, Setup Fees, Late Fees, WHMCS, WHMCS Configuration, WHMCS Integration, etc. 28.1 Permissions It is your or your client's etc. responsibility to ensure that scripts/programs installed under your account are secure and permissions of directories are set properly, regardless of installation method. When at all possible, set permissions on most directories to 755 or as restrictive as possible. Users are ultimately responsible for all actions taken under their account. This includes the compromise of credentials such as user name and password. It is required that you use a secure password. If a weak password is used, your account may be suspended until you agree to use a more secure password. Audits may be done to prevent weak passwords from being used. If an audit "is" performed, and your password is found to be weak, we will notify you and allow time for you to change/update your password. 29.1 Rights Reserved SulliHosting, Inc. reserves the right to modify this documentation at any time without notice. Customer is responsible for all use of the Services by itself, its employees, agents, contractors, invitees and customers, whether such use is with or without the consent of Customer. SulliHosting, Inc. can require a signed copy of these documents. 30.1 Resellers/Master Resellers Resellers/Master Resellers, if at any given time you dislike our service and request a refund within 10 day's please know that you will not be refunded for WHMCS License if your Reseller/Master Reseller plan came with it. The cost per month that will be deducted for WHMCS License is $18.00 USD. Resellers must follow all Terms of service from WHMCS if you're using there product. http://www.whmcs.com/about/terms- of- service. You may contact WHMCS for WHMCS support. SulliHosting, Inc. does not provide support for WHMCS. SulliHosting, Inc. is an authorized WHMCS.com license reseller and provider. 31.1 Late Fees / Over due on Invoices

If at any time, your hosting payments become past due, you will receive a notification via email (to the most recently updated email address on file) with instructions on rectifying the situation. Please note that SulliHosting, Inc..com holds the right to deny access to and/or deactivate accounts hosted on our servers of which have unpaid past due balances. Accounts are at risk for suspension and termination of service or an added late fee if payment for hosting is not received 6 days after the due date of a total of $10.00 late fee. Shared/Reseller/VPS Accounts 6 days past due will be assessed a late fee calculated at $10.00 plus the balance due to re- activate service. 32.1 Violation SulliHosting, Inc., in its sole discretion, will determine what action will be taken in response to a violation on a case- by- case basis (Of your client's or "client's".) Violation of this AUP could also subject Customer to criminal or civil liability. SulliHosting, Inc. may block access at the router level to the Customer s Equipment involved. If SulliHosting, Inc. believes, in its sole discretion, that a violation of this AUP has occurred, such action may also include, but is not limited to, temporary or permanent blocking of access to Customer s Equipment or data, and the suspension or termination of Customer s services under this Agreement. SulliHosting, Inc. may involve and will also fully cooperate with law enforcement authorities in investigating suspected lawbreakers. SulliHosting, Inc. and our Data Center have no obligation to provide warnings under any circumstances and can terminate the account without prior notice if the Customer violates this policy. Reseller/Master Resellers, Alpha Resellers, Dedicated Servers, VPS, Shared Hosting suspension, refund and late fee policy. A common question we figured we should add in our Term's Of Service is, If I'm a reseller or master reseller and my client violates the Term's of Service will you suspend me as well? The answer is no. How ever we will first contact you keeping you aware of the issue and let you handle it but in any case that you do not respond or take action SulliHosting, Inc. reserves the right to take action and possibly suspend your client. It is your responsibility to manage your clients and participate with us if any Term's of Service have been violated. Resellers/ Master Resellers we will not migrate any clients over for you, you are capable of doing so through your WHM All accounts which exceed the due date are suspended after 4 days and terminated after 8 days, all accounts terminated and suspended cannot be held retrieved unless other wise agreed by SulliHosting, Inc. via ticket in your physical client area located in our billing system. Late fees may apply and will apply after the 6th day over due. SulliHosting, Inc. does generate invoices 9 days early given you enough notice that you have an open invoice how ever just because we state that don't rely on this you should be well aware of your due date and its your duty to ensure your accounts billing are up to date. If you have requested a 14- day money back on our shared/reseller services you may only take advantage of this once so this means if

you sign up under shared hosting take advantage of our 14 day money back and then apply months, days, weeks later you are not eligible for refunds. Dedicated servers and VPS servers are excluded from any type of money back. Refunds & Cancellation If you have paid yearly for your account but cancel while having unused months not yet paid for, the remaining unused amounts will not be refunded. Customers have 14 days to request a refund regardless of how many days, weeks, and months or years you have paid for. You must allow up to 30 days for credit and refunds to be processed and applied to your account. You can only cancel your account by opening a support ticket with our billing department supplying you re: Main account domain, username, and password. VPS are excluded from the money back guarantees unless otherwise specified. If you violate our terms of service refunds are not given under any circumstances. If you open any disputes with any of our payment processors we are allowed to suspend your account so we can investigate. We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or otherwise restrict access to the account at any time with or without notice. Refunds cannot be provided for any store credit. 33.1 Dedicated Servers All dedicated servers are to be paid at time of invoice or late notices may be issued of 10% per week that server is not paid. We are not responsible for any server that is destroyed for a server that is not paid for on time. For a dedicated server cancellation, you much submit a written cancellation within a week that the next bill is due. If a written cancellation is not submitted within a week that the next bill is due, the next bill is to be paid and the server will be marked cancelled after that. If the bill is not paid, you account will be marked inactive and all other services will be suspended, also a collection agency will be involved for non- payment. If your account is marked fraud on your order, we will refund your full money, minus either $30.00 or 20% of the order (which ever is higher), this if or a fraud order- processing fee. Any bandwidth overages will be charged at $0.25 per GB Over. All Dedicated Servers will be cancelled after 1 day past due, this is due to the type of business dedicated servers are. If you need to make a cancellation after the final week before the next bill is due, please make a formal cancellation to the billing department at billing@sullihosting.com 34.1 WHMCS Configuration/ WHMCS Upgrade / SulliHosting, Inc. T.O.S WHMCS Configuration / SulliHosting, Inc. / WHMCS Upgrade will not issue any refunds for work completed or started. We will not store any back ups of any work performed unless you have selected it upon ordering. We are not responsible for any damaged/lost data. We will provide you with your order within 24-48 hrs. You must note while requesting us to Upgrade WHMCS, Changes to template files other than the header and footer files may be overwritten during the upgrade. (It s your duty to have this backup) We are not responsible for any integration, which doesn't

meet cross browser's due to your current coding. Refunds do not include any domain purchases and any abuse towards our Term's Of Service void's any refunds.
