We are consultants and a referral source to selected mortgage investment companies and developers to help structure financing vehicles for residential & commercial developments. As a referral source Alliance Real Capital has access to several mortgage investment products that are currently available, with new products being vetted all the time. Investors may consider these products as strong alternatives to Stocks, Mutual Funds, Bonds and GICs. Mortgage and Syndicated mortgage investments are vehicles that can provide double digit returns with the security of tangible assets. The vast majority of Canadians are unaware of these investments because the Financial Planning industry does not typically have access to these products. What Are Syndicated Mortgage Investments? Syndicated mortgage investments can be available to both non-accredited and accredited investors & are eligible for registered accounts such as RRSPs, TFSAs etc. These investments allow the retail investor to participate in selected, large scale development projects across Canada The investor's principal amount is fully secured (direct registered charge) against the subject property. The investor can enjoy steady defined interest payments on invested money in addition to profit participation (on applicable projects) at the end of the term.
