We will need to make arrangements for her to travel from Knoxville, Tennessee to La Crosse on Monday, June 2. We are s ll uncertain if she will need all of the day on the 4th so if we have the op on to get her back to Knoxville a er 4:00pm please do, if not travel back on the 5th. Please make the appropriate reserva ons at the Radisson based on the travel arrangements. Kate if you have any specific needs with regard to the retreat ac vity (pads, makers, technology, et cetera) please alert Aaron. Perhaps the ICE space is an op on as it is probably op mal to have them out of Centennial for the retreat. If that is not an op on we will need a space that accommodates the en re OIE staff reserved for the two days. We will also (likely on day 2) need a space Kate can have individual mee ngs outside of Centennial where she can. Her approach is s ll in development so we will just need op ons for the two days. We should plan lunch for day 1 and light refreshments for the remainder of day 1 and the morning of day 2 (unless we hear differently from Kate). Not sure if this will help in your processing but it will give you some context. A ached are the compiled divisional results: Six units Academic Advising Center, Admissions, Career Services, Financial Aid, Interna onal Educa on, and Records and Registra on. Unfortunately my support executed with 1 represen ng good and 5 bad so it is not as intui ve. Once we did the first one we had to let it ride. Also a ached are the results for the Interna onal Ed. There was a comment I redacted from their view as the person could have been iden fied. It will be easy to spot. There is a copy of the le er I placed on top of the results that I used to guide mine and the director s dialogue, and an office directory. I wish I could give you an org chart but...with the addi on of the Interim Associate Director we charged him with crea ng an org chart which for four months has proven to be an impossible task for fear of offending the Assistant Directors. The director actually created the posi on descrip on so it was not dictated to him. The role was envisioned as a second that could execute on the leader s behalf and a person to ensure communica on and coopera on was occurring.
