Prestige Banking is a banking solution for people that are serious about success Prestige Banking comprises of a holistic offering that caters for every stage of your life. This offering is delivered through a dedicated Prestige Team. You receive superior in-branch service through a dedicated Prestige Banker. The Prestige Banker provides you with the convenience of making an appointment to meet and discuss your portfolio of products, and how you can best meet your future financial goals. Prestige Banking allows you to have greater flexibility to engage with the bank through the Prestige Line and Email Unit, for your day to day banking needs and queries. You can also call the line to schedule an appointment with your Prestige Banker. Prestige Banking pricing options You can choose from three different fee options: Fixed monthly management fee (Plus) you pay a single monthly management fee for a fixed number of transactions and services. Pay as you transact with a minimum monthly service fee you pay for each transaction. Rebate if you keep a daily minimum balance in your account for a full calendar month we will refund a portion of the service fees incurred under the Pay as you transact option. 2

Secondary Prestige account Prestige Banking also offers a secondary Prestige current account for your spouse or life partner with access to the same services and transactional benefits at a reduced monthly fee of R132,00. Your spouse or life partner will receive: Their own Prestige Plus current account operating as a separate account with the same transactions bundle included They may conduct their account at a branch other than the main account holder s branch The account can be opened in the name of the main account holder, or that of the spouse or life partner Their own MasterCard Titanium Cheque card Internet Banking subscription at no additional cost. Rebate option The rebate is applicable to fees incurred on Standard Bank ATM cash withdrawals, electronic inter-account transfers, electronic account payments, debit orders, cheques and cheque card purchases. It also applies to the minimum monthly service fee. Tips on how to manage your account The following tips will assist you in banking faster and cheaper at your own convenience: Use the Standard Bank Mobile App on your smartphone to transfer funds, pay beneficiaries, buy airtime, check balances and much more. Use Internet, Telephone or Cellphone Banking as more cost effective ways to perform most of the transactions you do in the branch. Recharge prepaid airtime for free using the Internet, Telephone, Cellphone Banking or the Standard Bank Mobile App. Open your Savings and Investments account using Internet Banking or the AutoPlus. In order to avoid paying the cheque deposit fee, rather try to have deposits paid electronically into your account. Avoid issuing cheques, it is cheaper to do an electronic transaction. Draw cash at a Standard Bank ATM if you are not already doing so and remember to always use Standard Bank ATMs to avoid paying additional fees for using other banks ATMs. Use your cheque, credit or debit card to make in-store payments or purchase online with either your cheque or credit card. Avoid administration fees by ensuring that there is always sufficient money to cover any expenses off your account. You can carefully monitor the funds in your account by obtaining your account balance as often as you need on 9

Cellphone, Internet Banking or on the Standard Bank Mobile App. Remember Cellphone, Telephone, Internet Banking balance enquiries are free.
