Obtained a $1.1 million judgment in King County Superior Court for an intentional tort victim. Enjoined the United States from permitting a private company s importation of Hawaiian municipal waste into a tribe s Treaty territories (E.D. Wash). Negotiated financing for a tribal government and an economic development instrumentality worth roughly $90 million. Succeeded in a suit to prevent federal agents and local municipalities from entering tribal lands without adequate prior consultation (E.D. Wash.). Obtained a jurisdictional victory before the Lummi Nation Court of Appeals over a non-i ndian joint venture partner who breached his contract with a tribal member. Attained a five-figure judgment in the Cowlitz County Superior Court against an out of state corporation that was fraudulently charging elderly persons credit cards in violation of the Washington State Consumer Protection Act. Successfully defended a construction company in the Puyallup Tribal Court. 2
