Offer Details: Discount: Eligibility: This offer is for the Lumo Advantage Market Gas Contract. The term of this agreement will be 24 months. For customers who reside within the Ausgrid/Energy Australia electricity distribution area: Receive a 5% Early Bird Discount (EBD) when you pay your invoice by 5pm on the due date. Termination and Cool-off Period You have a right to cancel this agreement within 10 business days from and including the day after you received the Welcome Pack, without being required to pay a termination fee. You may also have a right to cancel this agreement within three months or six months from and including the day after you signed or received the agreement if we have failed to meet the requirements for unsolicited consumer agreements that apply under the Australian Consumer Law. Important details about your additional rights to cancel this agreement are set out in the Cancellation Notice provided with your Welcome Pack. If the contract is terminated after the Cooling-Off Period but before the Expiry Date you may be required to pay us an early termination fee. Prices Variation Supply is subject to our Client Charter and Terms & Conditions. Your energy charges may be varied by the Energy Charge Variation Percentage amount of up to 9% per calendar year or if a Relevant Event occurs. If we increase your energy charges by more than the Energy Charge Variation Percentage (outside of the occurrence of a Relevant Event) you may terminate your contract with us by notifying us within 20 business days of the receipt of the Variation Notice without incurring a termination fee. Written notice of any changes to your energy charges will be provided no later than your next invoice. All prices shown are excluding and including GST. Calculation of the Estimated Annual Costs assumes that demand for energy is constant over a full calendar year, and are indicative only. Product Disclosure Statement Lumo Advantage In order to make the switch to Lumo Energy, please read and ensure you understand the following information. The Marketer The sales person you spoke with acted on behalf of Lumo Energy (NSW) Pty Limited. We are located at Level 3, 565 Bourke Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 and our postal address is GPO Box 87, Sydney NSW 2001. Our phone number is 1300 11 5866, our fax is 1300 136 891 and email address is: info@lumoenergy.com.au. Your Consent You have given your explicit informed consent to be transferred to Lumo Energy. Lumo Energy is an independent electricity retailer with no affiliation to your current retailer or any Government bodies. Date of Commencement The Contract will start on the date calculated in accordance with clause 4.1 of the Lumo Energy Terms & Conditions. Transferring The transfer from your current electricity retailer to Lumo Energy is expected to occur on the date of your next scheduled meter read (up to 90 days), or earlier depending on your meter type. Transfer Cost There is no cost of transfer, or joining fee. Prices and Charges The electricity prices are shown on the Energy Supply Agreement Schedule which forms part of the Contract. Other charges are set out in the Prices Fact Sheet (on reverse). Changes to Prices Under your Lumo Energy Terms & Conditions we can vary your charges from time to time. This may be when we incur additional costs or your energy usage or metering changes. We may also vary your charges for other reasons but in such a case, if you are a residential client, you may be entitled to cancel your contract without penalty if the charges are varied by more than a certain amount as specified in your contract. We will give you prior written notice of the variation which may be by way of notification in your bill. Concessions Any government energy concessions you are currently receiving will not be affected by your transfer to Lumo Energy. Early Termination Fee If the Contract is terminated after the Cooling-off Period but before the Expiry Date you may be required to pay us an early termination fee. Fixed Term The agreed minimum term from the Date of the Commencement of our Contract. Invoices You will be issued with one invoice at least every three months. Right to Cancel You have a right to cancel this agreement within 10 business days from and including the day after you received the Welcome Pack, without being required to pay a termination fee. You may also have a right to cancel this agreement within three months or six months from and including the day after you signed or received the agreement if we have failed to meet the requirements for unsolicited consumer agreements that apply under the Australian Consumer Law. Breaches of Contract You may be required to pay our reasonable costs incurred in recovering late payments from you. If we terminate the Contract due to your breach, we may recover from you any loss or damage (in addition to the losses covered by the early termination fee) suffered as a result of the termination for breach. Disputes and Complaints You are able to use Lumo Energy s internal procedures to resolve any complaints or disputes you might have. If you have a dispute, you may seek to resolve it in accordance with clause 29 of the Lumo Energy Terms & Conditions or refer it to the Energy Industry Ombudsman New South Wales. Commissions A fee or commission may be paid to the marketer arranging or facilitating our agreement with you. Early Bird Discount Any applicable Early Bird Discounts will apply to your bill if you pay by 5pm on the due date. Access to a standard form supply contract You have the right to a standard form supply contract. If you elect for a standard form supply arrangement you will need to contact the Independent Pricing and regulatory Tribunal of New South Wales (IPART) on 02 9290 8435 to locate your host retailer. Standard pricing is published by IPART and available at www.ipart.nsw.gov.au or phoning 02 9290 8435.

The term of this agreement will be 24 months. Subject to our Lumo Express terms and conditions, if you use an eligible American Express card to purchase electricity or gas from us, you will be eligible to receive from American Express (1) 10,000 bonus points on payment of your first invoice by the due date for payment; and (2) 6 bonus points for each dollar paid by you to us by the due date for payments made between 16/01/12 and 31/12/12 (Offer Period). This offer is available to NSW Residential clients in the Jemena distribution area. Commissions A fee or commission may be paid to the marketer arranging or facilitating our agreement with you.
