Note: Users that self-identify as disabled or a disable veteran will receive the following notification. Thank you for taking the opportunity to log in to Workday to update your Personal Information. The office of Disability Resources was notified that you self-identified as an individual with a disability. Our office assists employees seeking accommodations for disabilities. We help ensure that qualified individuals receive reasonable accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. If you do not already, but would like to receive workplace accommodations through this office, you will need to schedule an appointment with Disability Resources and provide documentation about your disability. The required documentation varies based on the nature of the disability. A list of sample documentation for several types of disabilities is found here: http://www.cmu.edu/hr/eos/disability/facultystaff/index.html You are welcome to schedule an appointment to speak with Larry Powell, Manager of Disability Resources, about the requisite documentation and next steps. Please let me know if you have any questions. We will be glad to work through this process with you should you wish.
