Our Philosophy The Musuneggi Financial Group, LLC was founded with the vision of helping small businesses and individuals to pursue their life and financial goals by making wise decisions with their money. Today we not only look to help our individual planning clients we also help other financial service professionals reach their goals. We do this by helping Financial Advisors and Planners take their practices to the next level, providing them with access to the best products, services, technology, practice management tools, and intellectual capital. Products We have no proprietary products, which allows us the freedom to choose the best fit for each client. Our Broker-Dealer provides us with access to most mutual funds, variable & fixed annuities, and fee based investment programs in the market. We also have the ability to use direct participation programs such as Real Estate Investment Trusts, Oil & Gas Limited Partnerships, and Unit Investment Trusts & Equipment Financing. Furthermore, we can take advantage of alternative investments such as Managed Futures. We are able to charge hourly & annual fees for services & planning programs. Through our insurance relationships, our Advisors have access to fixed life insurance and disability insurance, as well as Long Term Care and Health Insurance. We can also provide access to Life Settlements. We work with groups as well as individuals.

You will offer securities and investment advisory services through H. Beck Inc., an Independent Broker Dealer located in Bethesda, MD. Why did MFG Planners choose H. Beck Inc. (HBI)? When we left our insurance company Broker-Dealer, we wanted to be independent. This allows us to do what is in the best interest of our clients while providing them with the products and services they need. We also want to work with a Broker-Dealer that has high ethical standards and provides quality service to its advisors. We thoroughly researched many Broker-Dealers in a year-long evaluation process before deciding H. Beck was the best fit for our firm. Will I have a corporate RIA? H. Beck is a federally Registered Investment Advisor. You can choose to offer investment advisory services through it or your own RIA. Will I be able to use my own DBA? Yes. You can use your own DBA once approved by Compliance. Who will be my clearing firm? You would clear through Pershing. How is the Firm Element program structured? HBI has an agreement with RegEd to complete your annual firm element. Are there any affiliation fees? No. Other than your E&O insurance there are no fees for being part of the Broker Dealer or the Producer group.

What type of Advisors are we looking for? You are likely a good fit for our firm if you are an Advisor/Planner who: has at least 5 years of experience and prefers an independent broker dealer organization. is looking to increase your payout. is looking for product and practice management support. is considering incorporating fees into your practice. wants access to alternative investments and assets under management programs. is an Insurance and Financial Advisor or a licensed CPA. Commissions and Fees The standard CFG commission/fee structure would govern your payouts on variable annuities, indexed annuities, mutual funds, direct participation programs and Investment Advisory business placed through HBI for non-housed Planners/Advisors. Housed Advisors/Planners payout will be determined based on amount of space and services you choose to use. For general securities trades placed through Pershing, you are paid a percentage of the gross commission subject to a minimum amount HBI retains per trade. For Fixed Annuity, Fixed Life Insurance, Long Term Care and Disability Insurance you receive 100% of the scheduled agent payout.
