DKFN history October 1st 2008, a Danish-Chinese voluntary self-service group was established with the help from Lyngby Frivillig center, especially Bente. 2008 to 2009: Qingwen and Lan were the main organizer, Yanqi was involved in 2009 2009 to 2010: Qingwen and Zhongru were the main organizer In 2011 Hui Ying, Wu Mo, Yong Zhi and Qinwen arranged the first activity in this year: Chinese New Year feast. 2011 Feb. A working group was formed to prepare for the establishment of DKFN.

General assembly The General Assembly is the highest ruling authority. Annual General Assembly is held each year in March. The General Assembly is convened at least 3 weeks ahead of time by notifying all members in writing. Proposals to the General Assembly must be submitted at least 14 days before the assembly. Only valid members, who have paid the membership fee for the last annual period, are allowed to vote. Extraordinary General Assembly may be called at any time in case more than 25% members request.

DKFN Vision A platform for both Danes and Chinese, where they can learn from each other and help each other!
Budget The financial year is from 1st January to 31st December. The Budget is managed by accountant. Economic transactions should be signed by accountant and chairman or accountant and deputy. The budget should be presented at general assembly.

Member Fee According to the basic annual budget, we suggest the annual member fee as follow: a. 100kr. b. 150kr. c.200kr. Should we offer student and family member discount? a. Yes b No
Board/ Fancial Auditor 5 members and 2 supplements Consists of chairman, deputy, secretary, IT and accountant. To make decisions, organize activities, manage the budget. Board members will be elected every second year. Financial Audit: To check the association s annual accounts. Not nessecarily to be DKFN s member but can not be a member of the board.
Board candidates Huiying Li comes from Beijing, China and has lived in Danmark for 9 years. She received the M.S and Ph.D degrees from Danmarks Tekniske Universitet (DTU). Currently she is working in Danske Bank in IT department. It is really interesting and meaningful to work for DKFN. It gives such a good opportunity to help other Chinese people and make more Danish friends. I am really passionate to contribute and make a difference.
