Ten Point Check List for a Business Plan 1. What are main factors that influence success or failure of the business? 2. What are your long term goals and ambitions for the business/ personally? 3. How is the business organised? Who are the key people? 4. How are responsibilities shared? Who takes decisions? 5. What are the main assumptions behind the profit and cash flow projections?
