RCIA Celebrating Christian Initiation THE INITIATION EXPERIENCE: BEGINNINGS AND BEYOND Track I - Beginnings... The goal of the Beginnings and Beyond Institute is to present the vision of the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults and teach the shills necessary for participants to implement the initiation process in their own communities. From Late Sunday afternoon to early Friday afternoon, participants experience the flow, steps, and periods of the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults. Track II - and Beyond... For experienced ministers with a firm foundation and training in the process of initiation preparation, this track traces the initiation process with attention to advanced questions of implementation. Participants in this track need a minimum of three years initiation experience, preferably in a setting that has a year-round initiation process. Cosponsored by the Diocese of Albany at Siena College, Loudonville, NY June 20-25, 1999.
