Allows for access to Frozen Value or original cash value (basis). Cash Value is limited to the lower of all premium or assets backing the policy. Do not require medical underwriting. Other Things to Remember - Naming a nonresident alien as a trustee, successor trustee or trust protector may lose US trust status and become a foreign trust. - Not all countries have a trust concept.
