An additional name used by the defendant. Date of birth of defendant. Date of sentence. A brief description of the crime committed. Length of incarceration sentenced in days, years or months. The length of time defendant must be under the supervision of a probation officer (rather than being incarcerated) in years and/or months. Probation is part of the sentencing process. The length of time defendant must be under the supervision of a parole officer in years, months or days. Data Available: Data from 1980 to present.

Criminal Disposition Report Number. The municipality number assigned to each charge on a CDR. A number assigned to a Forensic Lab. Statutory citation for a lesser offense. (Occurs when the indictable charge has been lowered to a lesser offense which is then handled by a municipal court.) The current date of the disposition of defendant's case The reason an action has taken place concerning a defendant varies. Ex: The defendant was found guilty as charged, guilty by a jury, or pled guilty at the arraignment, etc. Number assigned by the municipal court.

A brief description of the crime committed. The code of the municipality in which the crime occurred. Number assigned by the municipal court. The date the Criminal Disposition Report was issued. Municipal Court Code De-Code List Statute Code De-Code List Data Available: Data from 1980 to present.

CCF0032X Sentence Disposition by Judge Judge Name Name of the judge who rendered the sentence in the case or the trial judge. Defendant Number The sequential number assigned to a party in a case. There can be 1 to 999 defendants that can be charged and tried in one case. Police Number assigned by the municipal court. DOB Date of Birth. SPN/SBI Special Person Number. This number is generated by Promis/Gavel per county so all of a defendant s cases in a venue can be identified. Indictment Number Statute Description A brief description of the crime committed. Incarceration Length of sentenced incarceration in days, years or months. Place of Sentence Place where a sentence is carried out. Disposition Type Type of sentence imposed. Probation Length The length of time defendant must be under the supervision of a probation officer (rather than being incarcerated) in years and/or months. Parole Eligibility The amount of time a party must serve before being eligible for parole. Penalty Penalties are imposed as a punishment for criminal activity and have the character of a criminal sanction. Fine A sum of money imposed upon a defendant as a penalty for an act of wrongdoing. Funds go to the public treasury. Lab Fee Forensic Lab Fee paid. DEDR Penalty Drug Enforcement and Demand Reduction. Type of penalty. The person who conducts the prosecution of a person on a venue level. Date of sentence. The current action of defendant's case. The reason an action has taken place concerning a defendant changes. Ex: The defendant was found guilty as charged, guilty by a jury, or pled guilty at the arraignment, etc. A brief description of the crime committed.
