The base model supports one or two sensors. How it works Using your existing internet infrastructure, the WiFi Edition connects to you wireless or wired network. The device monitors temperature and/or humidity and alerts you via email if the reading exceeds user set limits. The device includes one 6 (1.8 m) temperature probe and can accommodate one additional temperature or temperature/humidity probe. You can change high and low alarm thresholds using the device s built-in web interface. If more than one environment needs to be monitored, the base unit will support two sensors. A semi-custom expansion module is also available by special order for up to 20 sensors per base unit. Temperature@lert WiFi Edition displays the current conditions and a graph of the day's temperature readings. One temperature sensor is included and an optional combination temperature/humidity sensor (sold separately) is shown in this image. Clicking and dragging on the graph zooms in on just the data you want to see. The daily log files are accessible from the drop down menu at the top right.

Configuring Temperature@lert WiFi Edition is easy. Just enter your SMTP server and specify your network settings.temperature@lert WiFi Edition automatically connects to any open 802.11b/g wireless network in range when the SSID is set to "any":
